Hi Harry, the golden rule of writing is that if you are going to write something in a foreign language to show your panaché, at least make sure the wording is correct. “Lo que un hombre puede hacer, otro también puede hacerlo.” is your correct and complete quote.

My two cents: Raynal being Raynal, he is surely a bit of a jerk and anything else but biased.
Fiji lost it in the air, namely with their lousy kicking. Points missed on easy sending to the sticks, and their last shot to turn the game around, appalling. They kicked a penalty to touch, ball barely passing the half-line mark. I could have done better myself. Even if I want them to, they did not deserve to win it, and they woke up too late and squandered their last opportunity.
A pity since it would have been great to see an all SH progression, to silence our friends up North, lol.

Get someone from outside the Tans-Tasman ditch to look at the issue from a different perspective, and fix it for once and over.

Knowing what we know today the coach to hire was Quesada. He drove the Jaguares to a Super Rugby final with a team of nobodies. Exactly what Australia needs right now. Watch how Italy progresses in the next few years.
Totally under-the-radar coach, a very capable man, who not only have seen things from inside the field but also took care of elevating himself as a professional through academic education.

Since right now the position seems to be up for grabs, I want to apply for Wallabies coach.
I have a revolutionary 3-point plan of attack:
1. Kick to the sticks every time you can. Specially if your opponent is doing exactly that.
2. Never kick the ball and give possession when you are losing, except in your ingoal.
3. Don’t give a flat pass to the person next to you, specially when he has 5 opponents breathing in his face.
I think if we stick to this brilliant plan we will win minimum 50% of the matches.

Me humbly thinks Australia has gone below Argentina in terms of their ability to win ANY match.
Wrote it before and was scolded by some of you, they play like if they were in the public service, just do the bare minimum without any imagination nor interest, clock off when the siren sounds, collect paycheck every fortnight.
Nick White and his boring, predictable, kick-everything-to-nowhere style is the main offender.
That thing in where three jump to get the ball and no-one grabs it, I mean, fifth grade. Couldn’t just one scream “mine” and grab the damn pill?
The passage in which Australia, losing and with no time to spare kicked the ball over and over and over and over until they lost it to a line out, pathetic.
They do clearly deserve to come home.

Now, a final thing that I learned from an Arbitration I was involved in: whoever thinks there is justice in a Court of Law is deluding him or herself. In Court a judicial process takes place, were there is a winner, and a loser. And the loser will not like the result.

Moreover, I was a sport journo in what was at the time the best sporting mag in Australia and I had direct and intimate access to the team.
