try looking at the ref

I’d suggest this game was especially poor.
And as it stands, the ref has no authority to get medics or injured players off the field. Blood bin excluded right.
And the pedantic performance, or you think his calls were warranted?

Not real flash at answering direct questions aye…
Any way Boks fans tend to be stoic and appreciate honesty… I guess we are both guilty of disappointing the other

Not sure why you are offended so much by facts…
5 games as #1 ranked side against sides ranked no higher than 7th (including an Eastern European minnow).
I do remember you explaining that I needed to look at what was happening now and that the Boks were developing something special, and I am interested to know is it coming or has it passed already.

Would like to see some of these clickbait keyboard warriors say some of these things face to face to our players etc.
my left knee is not so flash… you think they’d be able stand for us or they’ll be in their natural horizontal position.
but seriously what is it you think they would do facing direct criticism… assault?

'Predictable, boring and primitive' or a 'win for the Springboks'? Media reaction to Boks v All Blacks

How accountable is the ref for what many have considered a terrible spectacle (Bafana Bafana Boks vs All Blacks).
Most criticism seems to relate to poorly policed ‘injury’ breaks and runners being in front of the box Boks kick and running interference past the ball.
I’ve heard some giving praise in the past to this particular ref, but after that performance (both sides pinged for pedantic penalties including one for sealing at an uncontested ruck with the ball available) I find it difficult to see why.
Possibly, as with a number of the players, the occasion was too much for him.

I don’t have too much of a problem with the Boks style, it is effective and of course within the rules. However consider if both sides played that style, sheesh that would be ugly – 15 a side forcem back.
What is indefensible is the incessant ‘injury’ breaks.

The Wrap: Tense, gripping clash of styles falls the All Blacks' way

How many other ‘injury’ stoppages were there other than the blood, how many of those required a replacement.
Ref can only do so much…

What is it exactly that is upsetting you Harry?
The fact that your beloved side is repeatedly faking injuries and being called out on it, ((indefensible from any side let alone from one of the leaders of the game with such a proud heritage).
Or the fact your side is struggling with results.

certainly you’ll never here of a Boks pass or a Boks side step… they had 20x more ‘injuries’ than offloads

4 losses all ready this year – #1 for all of 5 games. I guess this great development of Bok rugby you were talking a few weeks back is still a work in progress.

If both teams played like the Boks… no it’s too ugly to even consider

oval ball codes more popular than soccer… league/union far larger part of Aust culture than soccer

you don’t seem to mind so much when one of your own calls the Boks out for faking injuries

Because it suits the narrative
Or could it be that the rate of ‘injuries’ is so ridiculously far ahead of every other side and that 99% of the ‘injured’ stay on the field – there is another side that follows suit, and their not believed either.
If you are going to defend this approach better to choose a more reasonable argument than suggesting that the injuries are genuine.
