The biggest input of the CBA was them saying crowds will increase by 15%, based on nothing else other then population will increase, therefore patronage will increase .
The biggest issue is that it was rebuilt on the wrong spot. It should have been left as a green area, or even a carpark for the SCG. It should have been rebuilt at Prince Alfred Park, which is right in the middle of Central Station and Redfern station

they don’t get crowds, and its part of the reason why the CBA was a negative number
Super Rugby crowds peak around 2005-06, and it’s about half of that now. They have been very cagey this year about releasing their numbers

yeh, it’s more a “local derby” then a “fierce rivalry”
Full house to be on hand for big western Sydney derby
There was a push for a 25k seat south west stadium, which would be the full time home to the Bulldogs, Tigers, Macarthur Rams and other local teams. But the NRL for some reason pulled their support for it

thanks, I couldn’t recall him playing City v Country, which would have been his level.
I was about to get upset with you but then I saw “The Bushranger” Kirk Reynoldson on the bench. Underrated player
The Melbourne Storm players who never played representative football
The problem is the cost benefit analysis for these stadiums do not justify any rebuilds. They released one for Moore Park which showed it was a waste, so they got a different company to do it again. The govt refused to release the findings of this CBA
V’Landys wants these rebuilds done without any CBA in place.

Matteson, Cartrwright, Rankin can all fill in at centre, leaving Brown at 6

Now they have the worst defense (with a defensive coach), and its worst then a team that had 70 put on them last week
This is O’Briens third season. Their attack and defense has regressed each year he has been there. Last year was all smoke and mirrors, they won 12 games, but only 2 were by more then 10 points

Griffin hails 'learned lessons' after Dragons hunt down Tigers for third win in a row
my pet hate is when commentators say a team up by 4 shouldn’t take the 2. Being up by 6 makes it a different game. Another penalty goal put you up by 8. It puts you in a position to kick a FG. The opposition scoring a converted try won’t lose you the game
The team that wins is the team that scores the most points, not the most tries. Tries are worth more simply because they are harder to come by
It takes two, baby: Understanding the great penalty goal drought of 2022
