NRL powerhouse target Wallabies young gun as replacement for Suaalii

The Wallaroos are the shining light of Australian Rugby at the moment

Wallaroos 2023 review: Cohesion helps team to on-field success as off-field struggles are being addressed

For JON’s first tenure it was Bob Tuckey (2001–2005)
David Clarke (1998–2001)
Dick McGruther (1996–1998)
Leo Williams (1994–1996)
Household names the lot of them 😂
Back in the day when the Chair operated behind the scenes.

For his second spell it was Peter McGrath and Michael Hawker.
Hawker is probably responsible for the “high profile” Chairman syndrome.

'Always knew it would get really ugly': RA chief's strange admission as World Cup budget blow out revealed

JON was never chairman.
CEO twice.

'Always knew it would get really ugly': RA chief's strange admission as World Cup budget blow out revealed

I bet you liked the “green, green grass of Jones” reference 😂

Hamish is only desperate to hang on so he can have a crack at the World Rugby position

The Wrap: What will the Wallabies' external season review reveal that we don’t already know?

What an effort!
Came storming home, down to 13 then 14 for the rest of the match.
Brilliant effort girls.
Bringing pride back to Australian Rugby.

'Hell of a win': 14-player Wallaroos hold on for stunning win over Wales to send coach out on a high

My Stan Sports finishes on the 5th.
Would be great to go out with a Wallaroos victory

Rugby never sleeps - wash off that Aussie world cup disaster with another quality Wallaroos contest

Fittingly has bookended that 20 year period 😡

'Load of rubbish': Eddie tees off on 'red herring' excuse for Wallabies' RWC flop, rejects Hoops issue, Lions link

Or a few more psychiatrists 😂

CONFIRMED: Eddie blames RA for early exit as Woodward calls for Rennie apology, ex-ABs coach linked to role

Just to think up until this morning the Roar was about 99% in harmony.
A general goal of Eddie’s demise had just about everybody signing from the same hymn book.
A day later and everybody is back to the old interstate arguments we have all read thousands of times on this “opinion” forum.
FFS can’t we just put that BS aside and try to put forward what’s best for Australian Rugby

Exclusive: Path clear for McKellar to return as Wallabies coach despite Leicester job, Cheika's update on future

Don’t think Mick is real keen on RA 🤢

Exclusive: Path clear for McKellar to return as Wallabies coach despite Leicester job, Cheika's update on future

What a great win.
Score flattered France.
This team is really improving.

Big time bounce back: How the Wallaroos claimed an epic win over France

England may even do us a favour and beat India tonight 😂
Hopefully we play SA in semi and we know how those games usually go 😛

Heady days: Travis' triumphant return outdoes NZ prodigy's epic as Aussies hang on in crazy, thrilling run-fest

Unfortunately we will for years.

Eddie Jones quits as Wallabies coach - 'Sometimes you have to eat s--t for others to eat caviar'

Are you kidding?
This is from the man who has overseen/instigated the madness and has had more than three years to fix the mess and has given us nothing but chaos.

Eddie Jones quits as Wallabies coach - 'Sometimes you have to eat s--t for others to eat caviar'

Gosh I’m going to laugh when Dave Rennie is announced as Japan’s new coach.
Maybe Jamie Joseph has more influence than Eddie.

Can I like this twice 😁

As long as Hamish is not involved I think we’ll be fine

Rugby Australia boss Hamish McLennan also spoke to FitzSimons in Paris, the morning after South Africa triumphed over the All Blacks to win a record fourth Rugby World Cup.
“Another world-class Australian coach heads back overseas,” McLennan said.
“Is it the coach or the system? Michael Cheika gets sacked in 2019 after a quarter-final loss and takes Argentina to the semis in 2023. The lunacy must end. The supply chain is broken. Centralisation is the answer.
“After losing to England, New Zealand, France, Ireland and Italy last year, it was a gamble worth taking but this proves the whole system needs to change. It’s up to the states now, the plan is there.
“The parochialism has to end. Let’s be remembered for making the tough calls and fixing it.”
Copied and pasted from current SMH article.
This man McLennan is a disgrace.
It’s not his fault.
It’s our fault and the Rugby states as well.
Disgusting.

Eddie Jones quits as Wallabies coach - 'Sometimes you have to eat s--t for others to eat caviar'

Eddie said many times ” I haven’t been interviewed for years”
This was a captain’s pick by the Chairman.
He must go.

Eight months till we have our next test.
Assume people available post World Cup.
How about this time we go through a proper procedure rather than just a captain’s pick?

No, but would have been more than happy to pass the hat around amongst us Roar readers.

“Sometimes you have to eat s–t for others to eat caviar further down the track.”

Hey Eddie, eat sh-t 😂

Eddie has single handedly set us back years. 😡
