Coaching is a science to some, which can be taught and transferred; but it is an art to others (Gibson and Bennett) which really cannot be replicated.
I imagine that Bellamy is more of the ‘science’ type.
There’s no right or wrong or better or worse in terms of coaching styles imo.

On a different but tangential note, I commend this site, The Roar, for allowing us to debate and ‘roar’ about an important and sensitive issue such as race, prejudice, racism and discrimination. I may not agree with some opinions, but for the most part, 99% of the posters put in reasonable and fair opinions without fear of it being cancelled by the Cancel Culture Mob. Talking, debating and reasoning seems much better to me than suppression and cancelling.

I do agree with the general tenet of your post (ie we can find offense in anything if we look hard enough), although I abhor racism like nothing else.
