I think north maybe using him in the wrong way. As the article said he looks more comfortable around the ruck role and not as a forward.
So I see two choices
1. Trade him to a club that need a around the ground ruckman or
2. North use him as the around the field ruckman and give up with him playing more forward.
Don't shut the Daw on Majak yet
Interesting article Ryan as always.
Question I have do you think there is a player at another club that they should chase more over the trade period or go for the draft picks?
Brisbane’s next move is uncertain, but incredibly exciting
I think the main problem is they have a good midfield. But there backline is not great and there forwardline is young and not experience.
When trading they Focus on the midfielders more when they needed to look at the whole team across all positions
Highlights: Collingwood storm home to beat West Coast
It seems to be mixed some love him and think he can do no wrong and other think he is destroying the club they love.
And there are those from other club supporters that want bucks to stay and keep the downward spiral of Collingwood
Highlights: Collingwood storm home to beat West Coast
talking to a lot of Collingwood supporters they are not happy they won this week as they are want Buckley gone as they don’t think that he is capable of getting them into finals
Highlights: Collingwood storm home to beat West Coast
O’meara was always going to be a long shot this year. We have seen he still has the skills and I’m happy with that
now we need to work on him for 2018 and if playing games this year is part of Recovery then so be it
Hawthorn put pressure on O'Meara to return this season
And burton continues to impress every week. He would have to be up there for raising star this years

I expected at least fresh donuts thank you very much mr cats 🙂
The Roar’s AFL expert tips and predictions: Round 14
Vickery in the backline would scare me more the schoenmakers down there.
I know he is crazy but terry wallace idea of trading ty is sounding better as the season goes on
The Roar’s AFL expert tips and predictions: Round 14
For me if hawks I will be happy with anything less the a 50 point loss
I do wish Cousins was kept in over hartung as he is the better player at the moment.
The Roar’s AFL expert tips and predictions: Round 14
As Hawks fan was expecting the loss but not a first half like that.
This year the hawks need to continue to blood the young players like they are And I think once Ceglar is back fit and fighting next season the hawks will improve.
Ceglar i see as more important then most see. He filled the gap Hale left and we are missing that major cog.
AFL Power Rankings 2017: Round 11
Did not expect this with so many hawks best 22 out the pies should be doing better then this
Collingwood Magpies vs Hawthorn Hawks: AFL live scores, blog
I think even if Dustin does not play the Tigers are play well and there small forward are dangerous enough. Melb is playing good football but the Tigers are at another leave at the moment.
I think the Tigers big challenge will be the Crows next week that will see where they are in the order of thinks
Richmond vs Melbourne: Monday Night Forecast
LOL i did not relished it was that long ago
Eight quick takes from the AFL weekend: Round 5
Had the feeling that you were being sarcastic but blue at the MCG is not going to be easy. And with how swan have played over the last month anything could still happen
Eight quick takes from the AFL weekend: Round 5
I don’t know if it is a good time or a bad time for the blues to meet them may have been better to have played them a couple of rounds ago
Eight quick takes from the AFL weekend: Round 5
Flad the hawks got the first win on the board and seen the plan for defence that looks very similar to the wall system used by then over the 07,08 season and it looks to have worked.
The big test come over the next 4 weeks with games against saints, Melbourne, lions & magpies if they can go 1-3 or 4-0 I’ll be happy.
The other at the bottom that has a interesting 4 weeks is the swan you would think that if they can’t go 3-1 or 4-0 as well there is a major problem at the swans
Eight quick takes from the AFL weekend: Round 5
he has not been himself for the last part of last season and has continued this year I think age has caught up to him.
Have Hawthorn booby-trapped their own regeneration?
Scott I think if Ceglar had not gone down late in the 2016 season Vickery would not have been at the club. Ceglar was becoming the next Hale for Hawks and the top Ruck-men for them as well. the Loss of Ceglar has effected the Hawks the a lot think it would.
Have Hawthorn booby-trapped their own regeneration?
DH as a Hawk fan I think something needed to be done we need to let go of some of the older body’s as I said above agree with the Lewis being let go but think Mitchell should have been kept.
But over the long run I think letting them go will be for the best in the long run. it has given the chance for younger players a chance to play and get experience and help from the like of Hodge, Burgoyne.
also I don’t think you know the Hawks list well we have a good mix of young players across the field that are showing promise Brand, Burton, Howe, Sicily and Stewart. All need time to develop and learn and that is what I think this year is for them to develop.
Have Hawthorn booby-trapped their own regeneration?
John for me I Half agree with you I think letting Lewis go was the right move but should have kept Mitchell and let Gibson go. Gibson has not looked right for about the last 8 months
Have Hawthorn booby-trapped their own regeneration?
But you can’t just play the young player by themselves they need older ones around to help them learn the game.
Yes he has player a lot more younger player again this year but the one that played last year have experience and the deadwood as you say in not needed as much this time round
Injuries no excuse for flailing Sydney
In 2016 those that got more games
Ed Langdon 13
Samuel Collins 12
Connor Blakey 15
Darcy Tucker 12
Lachlan Weller 22
Brady Grey 2
Ethan Hughes 5
All under 22 and got a run and that is what the hawks need to do run the younger player and get Senior game in them
Injuries no excuse for flailing Sydney
Agree this week will be a big challenge for them with port in the war path after the lose against GWS
Nine quick takes from AFL Round 4
Interesting article and in a way agree with some of what you say.
I will say that there are a few that will help with that problem once the get healthy and get more games in them
the likes of O’Meara and one that has been forgotten in Kieran Lovell will support him nicely
The other big thing is Burton need to stay in the backline he will be the one that replaces hodge down there
Tom Mitchell has thrived at Hawthorn but needs help
