What I find interesting is Marcus Ashcroft (Football Director) doesn’t want McKenna as coach. Malcolm Blight (Coaching Director) doesn’t want him as coach. Several players don’t want him as coach. Board members don’t want him as coach.
The board last Thursday decided to conduct a full review of the football department which will be overseen by Marcus Ashcroft ?????? I am getting the feeling that the Suns are hedging. They are looking to replace McKenna but if they can’t find someone better they will persist with Bluey. Also it has been suggested the Suns board are waiting to activate a get out trigger clause in Guy McKenna’s 2015 contract.

If there is one thing I learned from all of this is that Essendon supporters are completely delusional.
It’s like Hird has cast a spell on all of them.
James Hird has to go, now
Courts, Lawyers, PR agents, & advisers don’t come cheap.
I fear that Essendon are falling deeper & deeper into debt due to ridiculous Court challenges.
If Hird genuinely cared about the players he would stand down and take full responsibility.
This will allow the players to continue their football careers without the fear of being sanctioned
& it will also give closure to suffering Essendon supporters.
But this won’t happen because Hird’s so called reputation is far more important than the players Health & well being

Geelong & Collingwood fallen out of their windows
Then we have GWS & GCS
North or Port best placed for future success
North, Hawthorn & Sydney have all played each other in Grand finals
However Port hasn’t played any of those teams.
Port vs North would definitely be an entertaining GF

Port were fantastic especially after half time. They took the game on and converted their opportunities. On the other hand Freo were very watseful in front of goals which in the end cost them the game. Freo missed Ballantyne dearly. I don’t like naming players but Pearce had an absolute shocker. In 2015 Freo need to take more risks and be more ruthless in front of goal
