Dogs, here are all their crowds, you work out how they get 80k 3 or 4 times a year when they struggle to get 10k every other week.

They do special promotions a few times a year with plenty of freebies against a couple of big crowd pulling teams like Toulouse, so please RU fans, let this myth about Stade France pulling 80k week in week out die of natural causes.
It’s an embarrassment to anyone with a little sporting intelligence to keep the myth going.
As for all the other teams, well they’re in that link too and if you go back to the home page, you can get the last few previous years crowd average and also the lower division.

The only French RU club that would come close to the Broncos is Toulouse in terms of average crowds, yet they are still about 10k behind.
Toulouse also relies on a suger daddy whilst the Broncos are a listed company on the ASX who make money for their owners, that’s why Murdoch won’t get rid of them.

9 put more afl shows on for AFL than they do for RL, they even showed the AFL footy show live in NSW and QLD at one stage on their other channel, yet they wouldn’t do this for RL.
We know where their loyalties lay, they do not deserve RL.
For 10 years after the SL war, 9 was giving the NRL 14 million a year for the rights, if it wasn’t for foxsports, RL would’ve died it’s sad to say, and I hate sticking up for Murdoch.

I grew up in a small town of 25,000, for 30 years of my 37 soon the be 38 I had no idea that AFL was played in the town.
And that’s saying something because I know every street, every shop and probably 50% of the population by name.
It happens.
I was quite shocked to find out that AFL was played in the town and I didn’t find out until my mum and dad moved to a new area.
Now being a kid with not much to do in a country town and walking/riding everywhere all the time with mates, you’d think a sport would stick out like dogs you know what, but it wasn’t the case, it happens.
Not much goes unnoticed in a town of 25,000, but AFL did for me.

10,334 in the snow followed by 6,794 in worse conditions.
They got 100 fans to remove the snow off the pitch before the game.
But don’t let the truth get in the way.
Up to 2 hours before the last match, they didn’t even know if it was going to go ahead, so king of the idiots, you lose again.
We’ll see how they go this weekend against Catalans who will bring 2 fans, anything over 5k will be a good crowd.
