You’re not telling me the whole ‘everyone’s entitled to their own views” crowd might be…. up in arms over someone’s opinion? Very out of character for them.

'Choose a better date': Cummins wants Australia Day moved as CA chief sledged for 'bizarre' trainwreck interview

I would love to see Coops on our Mount Rushmore- alongside Cam and Bill.
Craig would demolish any mountain with his face on it.

Whose faces would be etched in stone on your NRL club’s Mt Rushmore?

Entitled to his opinion he sure is… just as he is also entitled to feedback for spouting dribble.

'Embarrassing post': Tigers star in strife over social media comment on LGBTQ+ inclusion

The game has turned and now the best sides have explosive forwards from the bench. Melbourne have reliable workhorses on the pine but no damaging game breakers besides NAS. When he went off this year, the pack lacked an energy against mobile, quick, tackle bursting forwards. With even one more forward who can cause mayhem for 20 or so minutes, we should be able to stay in games and not get competely overwhelmed.
And if the attack can polish up and not just stand there not knowing what to do if a move breaks down, we should be back in business.
All this said, I’ll take this as a disappointing season. Could have been much, much worse.

Smart Signings: The Storm have invested everything in the spine - but are the days of 'next man up' over?

Wahs Knights could be anything. Hoping for a Kiwi victory as it means I will be able to attend the most incredible finals atmosphere game in Brisbane next week. Knights fans can turn up in numbers no doubt, but a Wahs/Broncs prelim atmosphere would be unbeatable.

In the spirit of fair play, I propose both the Purple People and Chooks play touch football for 70 minutes and then have a 2-point field goal shootout for the last 10. Just to have some fun before the winner gets the privilege of being strangled and pulped by the Pahs.

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Finals Week 2: No second chances as finals series heats up

As I said.
Patterns I described the reason as to why.

'We go again': Papenhuyzen responds after horrific injury as star goes under knife on fractured ankle

Very well done Broncs. Great game from you.
Usual rubbish from the Storm. 3rd place yes, but always lacking the same level of enthusiasm and responsiveness against keen opposition. Worth not winning next week to teach some lessons.

'We go again': Papenhuyzen responds after horrific injury as star goes under knife on fractured ankle

It’s ridiculous drama.
Cronulla have played there all year and played a finals game there last season. If it was big enough then, it’s big enough now.
As a Geelong fan, I’ve seen enough ‘home’ finals games (that we earned, positionally) played at other teams’ home ground.
Cronulla earned a home final advantage. Simple as.

It’s annoying that 25,000 fans will be locked out of Shark Park this weekend - but home advantage matters more

I expect Storm to lose to Raiders and Broncos, and earn a home final. But I would love 4th spot finish and playing Penrith week 1.
Raiders should beat Storm, Sharks and Dogs.
Knights and Cows should come home strong, not convinced of Souths at the moment but a lot can change. Come finals I wouldn’t want to play any of them on their day.
Sharks are arguably only fodder in the finals.

NRL Run Home: ‘Four-point games’ loom large as 11 teams battle for five spots in precarious finals equation

Canberra are playing better then they have in a while, whereas Melbourne are in and out of form, playing at the Raiders’ home away from home where we (Storm) haven’t beaten them in half a decade. Canberra are good odds.

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Round 24: Pressure mounts as time runs out to make the finals cut

We’ve been good competition against the chasing pack, but if our outing a few weeks ago against Panthers was any indication, they’re a level above us even at their most placid. Cam Munster doesn’t seem to have bravery enough to attempt something so left-field it’s right field.
4th seems a good finishing spot for finals- face Panthers once in the first week and not have to worry about them again until GF if you make it.

ANALYSIS: Panthers smash Storm to go six unbeaten - but Luai might be in trouble for shoulder charge

For the back to back, arguably threepeaters, regular season fighting for spots should seem like afterthoughts. Respect.

Meh naah: This NRL season stuck in the doldrums of post-Origin purgatory

Yep, we cheated and it sucks so bad.
But as a newer club, it takes up basically a FIFTH of our history. I’m hoping for the day when we can get this behind us, but the way the club and players have acted is so infuriating.
Maybe I should just embrace the villain role 😂 😂

NRL week 23 preview talking points: Time's running out for finals dreamers, the game heads west and we celebrate some cheating

The only thing we can trust in this game, is that we can trust nothing.
There’s always an upset that doesn’t make sense or came from nowhere.
This round I think either Gold Coast or Dolphins are able to pull that off.

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Round 23: Calculators at the ready with Top 8 spots up for grabs

Was going to comment this. The logjam around the top 4 is entertaining but add the top 8 battle and I’m hooked. This article may apply to Panther fans only.

Meh naah: This NRL season stuck in the doldrums of post-Origin purgatory

It’s put a bad taste in my mouth as a member.
There’s a few justifiable reasons for Storm fans to be very defensive about everything, but there are just some of us just outright defending cheating (by administrators and higher-ups) which is puzzling.
My first ever football memories are of a team I have later found out to be illegal. Sucks, but cheating is worse.
I know the players were isolated and a tight-knit group when playing in 2009, but I can’t get behind the public celebrations. Makes wearing my hoodie jumper in public a little harder every time they issue a tone deaf comment.

Munster and Nelson.

It’s not rocket science but Bellamy gets it right so often to keep Storm shooting for the top

Of their 2020 Premiers team, only 5 players remain in the team- Welch, Munster, Olam, Hughes and Big Nelson. (Papi hasn’t played for a year)
12/17 of their title winners from 2.5 years ago are gone and they are still top 4. Don’t ever disrespect Bellamy and the Storm brains trust.

We’re approaching that wonderful time of year!!!!
Must-win games, drama, finals runs…
Can’t wait!

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Round 20: Plethora of stars back in action as teams fight for their place in the Top 8

Melbourne to win 41-0 against Manly…… pay no attention to that scoreline it definitely means nothing 😛

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Round 17: Origin stars back up while another coach is shown the door

Genuine shame. QLDer here and I’m disappointed as he’s an absolute Origin star. Our chances have gone up.

Stephen 'Bradbury' Crichton in hot seat with Latrell out of Origin but Fittler certain Cleary will play

Yeah the horrors of people in dress up telling stories to kids…..
Or is the fiddling of young uns by people in dress up telling stories reserved only for the Church?

Should Australian sport be raising its voice?

I predicted the Dragons’ win but changed it last minute, so I’ve given up for the year.

The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions Round 13: Understrength teams tested, overlooked stars with points to prove

We would be better off not listening to dribblers Abbott and Dutton, instead listening to Indigenous communities. Most are in support, a lot are wanting different measures taken.
If people actually READ the outlined proposal, they would be for it. Simple as.

Should Australian sport be raising its voice?

AHHHHHH why did i change my tip
