Nice article Jeremy. Marshall indeed has been a credit to both the clubs he’s played for and his country. I guess the only wrong move he’s made in his career was swapping codes but it could have been a whole lot worse, he could have signed with the Warriors.

Redefining the career of Benji Marshall

The comments are interesting Jeremy and have been written by people who haven’t been living under a mushroom for the last 23 years (Wayne Turner you are a legend). The Warriors have a lot of wrongs to right and a mere 5 games just doesn’t cut it. They need to earn the respect of those who have supported or should I say endured. This doesn’t happen overnight and 5 games to me is overnight. I promise I’ll say those words you are dying to hear if they are still travelling well by Round 20. The consistently top teams (i.e. Melbourne) in the NRL eat a five game winning streak for breakfast. Well right now I’m still hungry when it comes to the Warriors.

Top tip: Don't Warrior, be happy

Good to see you back in the real world Jeremy. You had me worried there for a moment.

Hold the press – this story's actually about cricket

From the article you can see that Jeremy’s obviously bought one of those tickets so that’s one less up for grabs. Most teams have good and bad days but the Warriors have good days and bad decades. That’s the difference. Three wins against lowly opposition doesn’t even start to beg forgiveness for the years of watching the same horror movie.

Warriors fans have reason to be cautiously excited

I’ve had a lot of respect for some of your articles Jeremy but this one is pathetic. It’s only Round 3 and the Warriors have beaten three teams that will struggle to make the eight. Come on. I’d say most NRL teams regularly win three on the trot. Look at the games ahead Cowboys, Brisbane, Melbourne, Roosters all in the mix. These are the teams that are the true measure of how the Warriors will shape up for season 2018. After years of under achieving, the jury is still out for me.

Warriors fans have reason to be cautiously excited

Stu you must be the only Warriors fan left. How can one settle for such disappointment week in week out. Season after season. Given the talent they have they are an embarrassment. Tom your assessment of the Warriors couldn’t be more on the money!!

NRL mid-season report card: How does your team measure up?

Hey BigJ…you’re an intelligent guy…you know the answer…..

Time for the Warriors to put on their big-boy pants

BigJ…I’m writing that novel but keep waiting for that Grand Final win so my book can have a happy ending.

Here’s an excerpt from one of the chapters….

I was at Mt Smart one Sunday afternoon. Pricey was our captain then and we were 22 nil down at half time against Manly. Low and behold the team gets a standing ovation as they headed back to the tunnel!!! Go figure……

Time for the Warriors to put on their big-boy pants

It’s been ground hog day at that club since 1995. The only time they came remotely close to coming across as a professional outfit was when Cleary was at the club as both a player and a coach. The loss of Cleary is still being felt today and the decision to let him go was unforgiveable. You could write a novel about all the dramas this club has endured since its inception. The fans deserve better.

Time for the Warriors to put on their big-boy pants

The Warriors issues go back to when they lost to the Broncos in Round One in 1995.

What planet are you on Stu? Do you seriously think Scurrah made that call independently from the owners/board? He was just the voice to the media. They were on the right track with Clearly and Hart making the grand final. What has the team achieved since? They haven’t made the top 8!! Week in week out they dish up one poor performance after another. No wonder fans are disillusioned.
