turbo, eagle is very correct, the NFL players make the NRL look like saints

Owning their own 'brand' won't improve NRL player behaviour

quite possibly the poorest loser i have ever read. hollow and meaningless?

The underwhelming State of Origin

and yet you managed to get in with the first comment on this article. you and AR are very similar

Greatest ever Origin team: Queensland forward pack and bench

you might want to check Mick Crockers state of origin record he lost 7 of 13 matches he played in?

Greatest ever Origin team: Queensland forward pack and bench

Beetson’s only game was at Prop? number 11 back them was a front rowers number
Big Mal only had a life time kicking percentage of 61%

Greatest ever Origin team: Queensland forward pack and bench

truly great players slater and JT but i dont think any side would have 2 backs on their bench

Greatest ever Origin team: Queensland forward pack and bench

i don know anyone that under rates Lara. widely revered by all

It's time we give Brian Lara the acknowledgement he deserves

nearly all the wallabies and kangaroos with roots somewhere else moved here as kids

Is picking from your own really that difficult?

gee, you sound like a football supporter that thinks everyone want to attack Football. Ben is a comedic writer who referred to many moral victories by tennis players and other sports as well. as for america, im in chicago right now and there is obvious support for Team USA but no more than in Australia for the socceroos

The Socceroos: Big-time moral victors

i think should get a job at Football Australia at the marketing department or in the media for them.

[VIDEO] Did Luis Suarez bite Giorgio Chiellini?

i believe that Slater has been a better more consistent player over his career than Hayne but Hayne is a lot better than “just another Blue getting smashed” that is a pretty poor summation

Slater sets his sights on semi-Immortality

these non football bandwagon people really annoy me. it is only us true believers that appreciate the superiority and difficulty of football. smell the fear

Socceroos' World Cup campaign 'a win', says Gallop

nothing worse than i saw in the thuggery of rugby league last week. heat of the moment thing on the worlds greatest stage

[VIDEO] Did Luis Suarez bite Giorgio Chiellini?

i don’t think anyone is wanting to make a statue of Gallen by himself, from what i heard the Olympic stadium is thinking of making a few statues to commemorate the great events at the stadium since 1999 ( Cathy freeman, john aloisi, Wilkinson etc) it would also make sense to have a statue of the NSW captain winning back the SOO considering the short time frame of the stadiums existence. I’m afraid you have taken the bait and the story sounds a lot crazier as a stand alone statue

A statue for Paul Gallen...really?

plenty of other games out there, the Asian games, the Pacific games, the African games, world championships etc. the commonwealth games are a relic of our colonial past. I am pretty sure Tony Abbott will be watching with great interest

Have the Commonwealth Games become irrelevant?
