The A-League benefited and continue to benefit from every single stadium upgrade that has happened in NSW (bar the Sydney showground), including Kogarah. In fact it was the strength of the wanderers crowds that got the CommBank stadium over the line, it just som happens that works benefited too.

Yeah say everything you wrote is true, yet you used the word presumably.

So much of our successes hinges around Mitch, if he stay healthy we will go a long way.

Great work calling out the culture In the Aussie teams, it really is substandard.
I Agree a freshen up will fix it
Fantasy footy: How a Rugby Australia and NRL partnership could actually work
The article is about Melbourne Rebels so I’d be surprised he would know where Penrith is. But fully agree Rugby is not thriving west of Homebush bay drive
Decision time: Clubs queuing up to pounce on Rebels' best as Rugby Australia given warning over in demand Wallabies
Exactly right, Super Rugby has placed wallabies development above selling tickets and now the whole game is broke. What an absolute joke.
CONFIRMED: Rebels fall into voluntary administration as Rugby Australia seeks 'sustainable and successful future'
47 000 for the whole round? that seems very low?
Unite Round was a small success - but here's how it can become a 'pinnacle event' in Australian football
You got it in one, it gives the Storm access to actual Victorian talent. Something they aren’t good at at all, they are basically a Queensland team that plays in Melbourne. Where as the Rebels have pretty good pathways and talent Id. Unfortunately they have no money and a terrible losing culture, that’s where the Storm can help.
Fears for Rebels' future as debt threatens their Super Rugby existence - but CEO says 'we will be fine'
Could they consider a merger/takeover with the Melbourne Storm?
They seem to be tremendously well run, get nearly 20 000 fans a week and post a yearly profit.
Call them the Storm XV, increase the asset base and start winning some games, everyone wins.

That’s how RA sent themselves broke, by placing international team above all else, the AFL have shown how to do it, create an amazing club competition that broadcasters fall over themselves to show.

NRLW Round 7 Preview: Time to get proactive with tickets so more fans can see what all the fuss is about
The Wallabies HAVE to find a way to win this weekend, if they don’t the rot will set in hard and they’ll struggle to beat Georgia. That being said their only hope is that the ABs start reading their own hype, because man for msm they are a lot better across the field.
Kiwi View: Beware Wallabies, the ABs have proven they're best in world at exposing half-cocked opposition
But this game was at home, it shouldn’t happen at home.
Wallabies defeat wasn’t about winning or losing. It was about discovery
Australia lost to the Pumas in Western Sydney, let’s just ponder that for a moment. It literally never used to happen! Things are going from bad under Rennie to dire under Jones, he basically spent the entirety of the post match presser writing off the Rugby Championship, the problem is losing becomes ingrained and that’s how the Wallabies are playing. Between Aus A and the Wallabies the program is going backwards, you spend almost an entire article talking up players that played ok and overlooking the fact we leaked 34 points at home. Just like the empty seats at Bankwest on the weekend (yes I was there) the fact we play like that at home spells disaster. Christy you and your friends in what’s left of the Rugby media need to stop swaddling Jones and start asking hard questions.

The RLPA try to act like a union when it suits them – by threatening strikes and trying to win the PR war. Yet they have never ever supported any other groups in the labour movement. If they want the support of the fans and other labour groups they should actually stand together with them. Have they shown any support to nurses or teachers in recent years? No, but us as fans are meant to support strike that will make us suffer?
Why players are right to boycott media in RLPA dispute with NRL - and why they’re shooting themselves in the foot
Has the Rugby Australia Men’s program got worse under Eddie? They really need to turn up at Parramatta tomorrow or we are screwed.
Thrown together Australia A side beaten by Tonga as Tupou completes comeback, mixed day for RWC hopefuls
But none of them have million dollar rugby contracts waiting, and at centre every missed tackle is detrimantal. I agree it is not totally his fault but that side is so very flimsy.
McLennan delivers salary cap sledge, claims Roosters' treatment of Suaalii is 'nothing short of horrible'
Please don’t pick him for the Tahs, his defence is horrendous. The kiwi SR teams must be licking their lips at the moment, you would just have to run a decent 12 at him all day and it was be tries for fun. He has been stood weekly by NRL centers on minimum wage, this is a real problem for the Tahs.

That’s the story that Hamish is carefully leaking to the media.
RA chief's radical draft plan to revive Super Rugby, including Wallabies free to play for NZ clubs
The US also has billions of dollars invested in University athletic programs, that’s why NBA and NFL drafts work because the clubs don’t do development.
It would not work here as we don’t have the infrastructure. Also be serious about 10 people would watch a Super Rugby draft
RA chief's radical draft plan to revive Super Rugby, including Wallabies free to play for NZ clubs
No, but this story does the rounds at least twice a year in the NRL. If you read my comment it says proposing a draft is out of their playbook.

I was a Waratahs season ticket holder for ten years now I barely check the scores. I struggle to believe sometimes how far this comp has fallen. I get so much more value being a Parramatta Eels member now. Games near my house, greek community events and amazing match day atmosphere for me and the kids. The last time the Tahs played in Parramatta it was a horrible atmosphere, it’s a shame as I really do love the team.
How will Super Rugby Pacific be run in 2024 and why do we still know nothing about it?
What part are you doubting?
