All Blacks vs France: International Test match live scores

a typical saffa, will make anything up to discredit NZ rugby.

not the first time either aye spoony???

New Zealand’s not so secret rugby weapon

great read cyclops and i agree, but u should have added the samoa numbers in there for sure as some here mentioned.

i think aussies love to build people up like deans and when it pays off, its testament to the aussie spirit, but when it dosent, they have no problems serving them up to the dogs.

All Blacks was the biggest hurdle deano couldnt overcome and u take them out of the equation and the wallys did very well under denaos tenure.
he took over when they were ranked 5th in the world and for the better part of his wallys career, the wallabies were ranked No2, 2nd only to the All Blacks.

i also think hes a lot more classier and ballsier then mackenzie who after running his mouth and getting slapped silly by the All blacks was quick to blame the referee for all his woes, despite it being proven that the wallabies transgressed a lot more.
despite of all mackenzies gung ho talk and belittling the All Black seniors mainly before the first test, we pretty much got to see most of what i mentioned here. aussies talking up the new coach on the block as well but giving him a newbie free pass.
after the RWC the aussies bar the one eyed queenslanders will be a lot less forgiving, but the real question is who will be coaching the wallabies then???

Debugging the Robbie Deans myth

paypors missed calls

misc offenses & advantage which didnt need to be called
39:07 – ben mowen knock on – ABs retain possession with many phases afterwards, but there was zero indication that peyper saw it which he could have.
39:50 – leilafano waaaay offside in the red zone- peyper played advantage, but ben smith scored in the corner from the same phase
73:58 – (breakdown) off his feet liam gill red zone 7 mtrs from tryline – peyper called advantage, but AB continued with their attack and the wallabies ended up conceding another penalty further in

the number of penalties awarded

the number of red zone penalties awarded
All Blacks – 4 red zone penalties
wallabies – 5 red zone penalties

the number of red zone penalties that should and could have been awarded
All Blacks – 3
wallabies – 7

my findings confirmed what i originally thought when i first saw the game, that peyper was ok. but i was pretty pissed and given the outrage by some of the folks here, i investgated like a pro, lolz, :oP

while the All Blacks gave away some clear red zone penalties, the wallabies gave away a lot more and then some. this can easily be verified thanks to the clearly marked time of the infractions. the wallabies infractions in their red zone is something that many bloggers here dont mention at all, maybe too brainwashed by some of the worst aussie commentating ive ever heard.

peypar made a few blunders, like not going up to the TMO for that possible try, it looked like there was no control of the ball and to be fair to peyper, he was in a great position to tell. but going to the TMO would have exonerated him completely, and as he south african, he knows all to well what referee whinging fans are all about, cos his country is full of them.

other blunders also included nonus shoulder tackle which should have been obvious and slippers shoulder tackle, a yellow card could have been very timely then, but while its unacceptable that peyper missed them, at least he was consistent.
all in all it was a decent performance from peypar, the All Blacks especially in the set peice were jsut too dominant.

if there were other infractions that i havent mentioned but any peeps here feel i should have, then please feel free to name them and provide the time they occured in the game for us to check out. i was pretty through with this, but i may have missed something.

All Blacks overpower Wallabies 27-16, retain Bledisloe Cup

well said warhammer, -_o

SPIRO: Wallabies need to stop whining and start winning

easier said then done melon.

its easy to forget that folau is still a novice to the 15 man game, and like in the second test against the lions and his first against the All Blacks, that level of green was very evident.

im sure he will get there sooner or later, but he dosent have the instincts to go looking for the ball and more importantly be effective when he does.

IMO he will assert himself more, but his novice like instincts means most likely at the wrong place and the wrong time which is bad news for the aussie and good news for the kiwis.

Wallabies team announced: McKenzie keeps faith

im over the whole cooper incident, was over it after the RWC and took great satisfaction at seeing cooper get pwned by the All Blacks and look like he was going to start crying.

but just cos i and some of the other kiwis are over it, what right does anyone have to tell another fan to do at a game where they spent good hard earned money on tickets to watch their game???
every fan has a right to boo or cheer who they want as long as its not racist and what not.
and just cos coopers getting it in excess dosent give anyone else the right to dictate how they should behave, u want lecture them, fine, but them their tickets to the game or STFU.

the media dosent help matters either, they are always fueling the cooper/McCaw cos its an easy sell, and all this talk is going to do nothing but ensure that the booing of coopers lasts a very long time.

need to treat it like a troll and just ignore it, cos every time its mentioned by anyone anywhere, its just another log on the fire.

Wallaby urges Kiwis to get over Quade

i thought it was a back handed comment too, but the way that hansen and link had been sniping at each other all week, hansen was just in rubbing the salt in type of mood, lolz.

next time maybe link can stop insinuating the All blacks are too old, or that McCaw isnt ripe, cos the All Blacks never once looked tired and McCaw showed why hes the king.

Hansen damns Wallabies with faint praise

classic, link blames the ref, 😛

Wallabies frustrated by NZ's spoiling tactics

reality check, LMAO, :oP

McKenzie hits back at All Blacks coach

good on ya benji, i remember when the NRL barred him from playing a few games in japanese rugby for an easy million dollar paycheck, he was off contract with the tigers and wanted to play in japan and then return to league to sign a long term contract with the tigers, but the NRL said if he goes to union, he wouldnt be welcomed back.
not too long after wards tiquiri returned to league.

u gotta look out for No1 and u have put the tiger first many many times before urself, its disappointing to see folks turn on u now, but
ur efforts over the past year havent been forgotten by ur true fans, cos ur the man and i wish u all the best in the future.

and if u do become an All Black, just watch those millions of dollars come ur way via japanese top league, cos seriously, exposure in league is nothing like union.

Defiant Marshall wanted to please Blues

NZRU need to evolve the ITM and invite ASU teams into the comp, starting with 5 feeder like teams to the OZ spXV franchises.

having teams from melb, birzzy, syd, perth and canberra in the ITM will ensure the aussie players not representing the wallabies get a good competitive format to continue to grow, while the NZRU can grow the ITM base, plenty of kiwis in all the major OZ centers to get decent numbers at games plus the NZRU would have the benefit of getting the ITM more publicity.

Don't knife McKenzie, where were the Wallabies?

a new coach always brings with it fresh ideas and it always reinvigorates the squad as players go the extra hard yards as they try to impress the coach, that is the biggest thing link brings to the table
no doubt link will have a few tricks up his sleeve, but nothing that the All Blacks wont be able to adapt to as they have so many times before against nearly all opposition.

i agree about a rookie playing 10 for the wallabies, IMO and regardless of whats been in the paper with so called leaks, its going to be cooper wearing 10, and even if they name the team without him, i wouldnt believe it until the ref blew the whistle to start the match.
then again, cooper not playing against the All Blacks wouldnt be the dumbest thing in the world.

McKenzie's methods win over Wallabies

the week ban is a good call, but i really doubt anything more then a penalty would have come from it, if barnes hadnt of come off. end of the day it was reckless, but IMO not intentional and the time is fitting for the crime.
one does wonder if cooper was looking to at the bigger picture with the wallabies No10 when he made that tackle thought, lol.

anyway i dont think the reds need cooper to beat the sharks, the reds beat the chiefs who were on a massive momentum roll at suncorp and they did it without cooper and all SA teams are not as good on the road as they are at home. the reds home ground advantage and with all their key players ready to go, the reds are IMO easy favourites and will win this match comfortably.

Quade Cooper banned for one week

the brumbies 2012 run was way overrated, their 2 best wins were against the highlanders and hurricanes and neither of them made it to the finals either.
breakdown the brumbies other 8 wins for the season and shows just how rubbish this format is.
15th lions – 1
14th force – 2
13th rebels – 2
11th waratahs -2
10th cheetahs – 1
and on top of that, the brumbies were fortunate to not play the stormers or the crusaders.

brumbies can count their lucky stars they werent in any other conference, easily the most overrated and hyped team of 2012.

Brumbies' Super fairytale unravels

playing in the aussie conference helped out white a lot, 10 wins and 6 of them from australian teams force 14th, rebels 13th, waratahs11th. on top of that another two wins was courtesy SA two weakest teams, lions 15th and cheetahs 10th. the only two victories of any note were against the hurricanes and highlanders, but the real game breaker was the fact the brumbies didnt play the crusaders or the stormers.
jake white and the brumbies are below average and current format is flawed as the victories i mentioned still almost got them to No3 of the table.

Reds in, Brumbies out as Quade faces a forced holiday
