Lifelong Reds tragic and Wallaby supporter. Love the Maroons. Live in NQ and back the Cowboys and will climb aboard the Broncos or Titans if they are winning. Outside of the Roar I am an assistant junior rugby coach and sail out of the Whitsunday Sailing Club.

Slipper should start over Sio.

Perception and reality: The Wallabies and All Blacks scrum from Perth to Eden Park

How happy am I that Spouse forced me out to dinner tonight. I did a media blackout til now and seeing 35-0, the recording will not be watched.

Hope the Ashes tonight rallies our pride.

Bledi hell! Wallabies walloped by brilliant All Blacks

“Barrett’s actions were clumsy and ill advised” great down play of dangerous play Geoff.
Funny how the Ref who was 1. neutral and 2. only metres away saw it differently.

The Wrap: Resurgent Wallabies place one hand on the Bledisloe Cup

So finally the Nuns are held accountable for usual thuggery and lose a game.

Wallabies beat All Blacks after dominant second half in Bledisloe 1

I have learnt to love an ugly win Will. I support Reds, Cowboys, WallyB’s, Bulls & Oz cricket. The reality is that an ugly loss is usually far, far worse.

World Cup: Winning ugly a pretty attractive option for Wallabies

Shows how desperate Clown is for a breakdown presence picking Latu. The guy can’t throw straight and is a penalty magnet but due to his breakdown work he is now given the run on jersey. Another option is pick a back row that competes at the breakdown, but that would be silly.

James O'Connor confirmed to start in Bledisloe 1 as Wallabies make shock change at hooker

Glen I think we should seriously look at the opening batsman. Both looked seriously unconvincing in each innings. Harris or Burns should be bought in for one, this is a must win test at Lords coming up against England not a touchy feely story of redemption which Langer wants to make it.

Australia needs to take the same XI to Lord's

To summarise your post EJ, CLL had a superior game than anything Foley has produced over the past year or four.

Michael Cheika has found his Wallabies team, now he has to stick to it for the World Cup

Winners are grinners, it was not pretty but it was a win.

Wallabies chip away in Argentina Test win

Loved your comment on Cheika Will: “but he is pragmatic enough to know it’s not working”.
Okay so the last four years of poor results with a tepid game plan that is easily picked apart by the opposition is evidence of Clown being pragmatic and nimble in his ways of changing things?

Nic White and Tom Banks to give Wallabies a post-Folau kickstart

Classy winger , marked Jonah in the RWC final and came out a winner. Vale James Small

Maybe Rugby Australia know what they're doing

Rob Horne was a clown first pick on the wing.

VOTE: Pick your Wallabies XV to face the Springboks

Slipper and Sio are loosehead props for Brumbies,

Returning veterans headline the first Wallabies squad of 2019

Ultimately Jags were a better side and worthy opponents to meet the Crusaders. Brumbies had a good season but fell short. Go Jags, make history on Saturday.

Why things fell apart for the Brumbies in Buenos Aires

Ponies played poor for religious suppression reasons, geez that is a load of flapdoodle. Sometimes the other side plays better and anything your team tries just does not happen. Even your All Blacks have had those games.
Don’t denigrate the Jaguaries efforts at home in front of a passionate home crowd, it’s their time to shine.

The Brumbies' loss to the Jaguares creates a perfect storm for the Wallabies

Hope J’oC signs with the Reds, we need an established back with Kerevi departure. I know they are different type of players but the Reds backline has stuttered all season and we need backline leaders.

Clock ticking for Pocock and O'Connor

Karma TJ.

'Clear and obvious': TJ Perenara says the Hurricanes were robbed of a late penalty

A good read Highlander, whilst Hegarty stats looked good on paper he still presided over a back line that was essentially a one trick pony (pass it to Kerevi), and the Reds backline stuttered all season. The Reds piggies gave the backs reasonable space but at times the backline play was wretched.
I hope Hegarty is resigned by the Reds we really need him to back all his good efforts up again next year.

How did a season of such good form slip quietly by?

England should still be favourites Alec, they are going to score 500 runs, they are at home, they know the conditions, there adoring crowds will give them a lift on the pitch. Hosts make finals of World cups not meekly wilt before the finals. Remember how good your rugby team was in 2015.

OK, so who are the favourites now?

I like McCaffery, he brings a heap of rugby smarts to the Ponies pack, a schemer, the link man, can ruck and maul with the best of them, tackles well and doesn’t miss his clean outs. Ponies lose nothing with his inclusion in the starting side. Shame for Samu he played well last week.

Super Rugby semi-final teams: Brumbies opt for settled line-up against Jaguares

Thanks for the chuckle Geoff.

The Wrap: Folau initiative sparks plethora of new ‘Go Fund Me’ pages

Great game of footy, nothing better than Sunday breakfast and watching a replay of two teams having a crack. Well done Oz and congratulations France.

Junior Wallabies lose Championship final by a single point

That’s a lot of experience departing these shores. The NRC with all it’s problems is going to be very important in finding players to fill the spaces.

Brumbies beat Reds to qualify for Super Rugby finals

Thanks for your service Samu, go out a winner tonight.

Supporting Samu Kerevi has been an absolute pleasure for Reds fans

Yeah I’m feeling that way today Paul.

Brumbies bounce Tahs out of finals contention
