Agree, as i said Thorn was 3 years too late bringing in overseas hard heads. Let`s Kiss was on the ball ASAP. Anyway Nonggorr was always going to be a Red.He was Southport first XV captain and a huge man at 17 already. He was always going to be in the Reds first team no question. Smith was not ready when Thorn threw him in, but is he finally coming good under a great coach.

That`s a very physical backrow the Waratahs have. I`m just concerned that it looks a tad slow. Holloway at 8 is a worry. He played number 8 six years ago and was too slow then. 6.5 Gamble is not a link man has no passing skills and is slow around the ground and Swinton is a 5.5. Brumbies by 10.

Believe the first year is $550, second is $600. A nice bonus in there too, from what I’m told. A lot of money for someone who hasn’t played a Test (it’s obvious he’s a good talent).
