Having watched the game this evening, it seems that all what NB outlined in this article was far from reality. There is a place for stats but understand their inherent limitations. Not much if any in this article rung true this evening NB. Contrary to your analysis, the spine of the Wallabies was a standout this evening. Samu at 7 showed a point of difference, as was LF at 12 and BF at 12 . Paralysis in analysis. Hope we see more commentary in the future that sees through the mire of stats and focuses on the potential of players’ ability that we saw unfold this evening.

Great game indeed. The much maligned selection calls of DR delivered. The spine of the Wallabies, starting with Samu at 7, a heavier, more physical, but fast 7 was excellent. As was LF at 12, BF at 10 and the speed of AK at 15. Makes a mockery of NBs most recent article. Good to see some bold selection choices from the coach who understands the capabilities of his players and selects accordingly. Analysis in paralysis NB. Hope to see less of this. Look forward to the Wallabies building on this evening’s performance.
