Some really good questions here, I was dead against the idea of day/night Tests but the more I hear about terrible crowds the more I think it may be an unfortuante necessity.

Good article, I can’t stand some of the names going around, sheek you’re the first person I know who liked the ARC names but I guess that’s it, somepeople will hate them and some like them no matter what.
I dont see why Soccer needs all these mascots anyway, whats wrong with United and FC and City and letting nicknames evolve over time, rather than marketing people in a room decide what it’ll be.

Justin, I agree with you on the pitches! None of this batting paradise business! I’m not a Twenty20 fan but the best Twenty20 game I’ve seen was an early IPL game where the wicket was just impossible to bat on. The whole game went from a batfest to a much more tactical game…

Craig, i was about to right the exact same thing. Moore’s yellow card was fair enough but Ryan Jones knew exactly what he was doing when he ran right over the ruck and spoilt ball that wasn’t even out yet. Clear clear clear professional foul and worthy of a yellow card.
Also, so many offensive penalites! Where do these refs come from. They seem to go out there TRYING to look for a penalty every ruck.
