The last time these two sides met, the Tigers had a field day in Leichhardt en route to a rampant 66-12 victory over the Cowboys. And it’s been a turning corner for both teams since that fixture.

The Cowboys have gotten back to a winning streak with victories over the Rabbitohs, Panthers and Storm in recent weeks. Jason Taumalolo is listed in the reserves and should he recover from injury, could be a late inclusion into the Cowboys lineup.

As for the Tigers, everything has gone to haywire since the 66-12 victory, having lost all of their games alongside losing key spine players Apisai Koroisau and Luke Brooks to injury. Daine Laurie is recalled into the Tigers side, but this time in the halves instead of fullback.

Prediction

The Cowboys will be out for revenge, and their form continues to go on the up. The Tigers are in for a mauling, but it should not end up to a similar score to the reverse fixture earlier this year. Cowboys by 12
