Blue Bulls
As one of Super Rugby’s foundation clubs in 1996, the Blue Bulls made the finals in their maiden year going down to the Auckland Blues. What followed was a very lean period for the Bulls, who finished with the Wooden Spoon on three occasions between 1999 and 2002. Recent times however have seen the Bulls make consecutive finals appearances in 2005 and 2006, culminating in a maiden Super Rugby title in 2007 against the Sharks.
