Nathan Bracken is Test cricket's Invisible Man

Am I the only one who thinks Nathan Bracken being ignored for Test match cricket is a joke? He is the number one ranked ODI bowler in the world.

His performance in tonight’s game showed how much control he has. He made our other bowlers look amateur, with the exception of Nathan Hauritz, who doesn’t know what the word ‘attacking’ means.

In this new world of cricket, where the Australian team is classed as mortals, should we not be employing our best bowlers? If a man has so much control in a pressure cooker situation that ODI’s produce, then why can he not be considered for a Test spot?

I know about his average with the Blues, but he brings real experience and control, unlike some of the guys who have been appointed recently.

He is a proven wicket taker, and with the leniency that Test match cricket brings concerning runs, surely you would pick a guy with a proven track record.
