We have seen some amazing football transfers over a long period, with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka and even some managers including Rafael Benitez to Chelsea and Pep Guardiola to Bayern Munich.

However, there are many rumors which seemingly look the truth due to them being claims by leading newspapers in Europe.

Here are some of the transfers which would set the tone for next season in European football.

1. Radamel Falcao (Atletico Madrid)

The Columbian sensational star striker currently has the third best eye on the goal in Spanish League, after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, and might be a deal for English giants Manchester United.

Various clubs like Manchester City, Juventus, Chelsea and Real Madrid were after him but if we go by the leading newspapers such as Dailymail and Marca, United have already made the down payment for future purchase of the striker.

With this move, Manchester United would be a serious contender for Champions League.

2. Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

The Argentine forward, known for his countless strikes for his club at crucial stages, may find a new club next season.

Football Espana believes Real Madrid are ready to pay 60 million Euros and further negotiate the terms with Manchester City.

With this move, Cristiano Ronaldo and Aguero can be the most dangerous attacking force in world football.

3. Jose Mourinho (Real Madrid Manager)

This man needs no introduction as he is indeed the ‘Special One’.

Having won titles with Chelsea, Inter, Porto and Real Madrid, Mourinho is one step closer to offer Real Madrid their 10th Champions League title. However, reports claim this season might be his last in Spanish capital.

He has made an offer to Chelsea Boss Roman Abramovic that Chelsea will finish in the EPL top four to qualify for Champions League next season for a salary of 14 million Euros per annum.

This move will reignite the bond between the West London club and Jose Mourinho.

4. Gareth Bale (Tottenham Hotspur)

The name and face of Tottenham at the moment, who hails from Wales, is the next big thing in world football. Reports claim he will be the first man to be signed by Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez.

With the departure of Bale, Tottenham might be in for serious trouble to dominate in Premier League’s top six, but Real Madrid would once again go down in history for continuing to sign big names and dominate Europe.

5. Vincent Kompany ( Manchester City)

The heart and soul of Belgium and City is their last line’s commanding officer, Vincent Kompany and probably the best defender in the Premier League might be on his way to Barcelona.

Though City will suffer a very serious loss, The Catalans would solve their defence mystery. With the arrival of Kompany in Nou Camp, Barcelona would again look to recapture more trophies and become the invincibles.
