Angelique Kerber and Johanna Konta will meet in a semi-final at the 2016 Australian Open on Thursday January 28, at around 3pm AEDT.
Seventh seed Kerber is currently the favourite to win the match against unseeded Konta, with the winner going on to face either Serena Williams or Agnieszka Radwanska in the final.
Kerber is currently $1.30 to win the match with betting agencies, while Konta is out to $3.57. Kerber is at $5 to win the tournament overall, and Konta at $10.
The match is scheduled to begin on Rod Laver Arena after the completion of the first women’s semi-final between Serena Williams and Agnieszka Radwanska. That means the match will likely start some time around 3pm AEDT or later.
