The Hawthorn Hawks and the Western Bulldogs will play in the second semi-final starting at 7:50pm (AEST) on Friday 16 September, 2016.

It is possible to watch the match both on free-to-air TV and via Foxtel. Channel Seven and Fox Footy are the respective channels where the match will be shown. Both broadcasts will begin with pre-game coverage starting from 7pm (AEST).

The teams for the game were announced on Thursday night, with Hawthorn making two changes and the Bulldogs making one.

The Hawks have lost first-year player Ryan Burton to a calf injury and omitted Daniel Howe, with James Sicily and Billy Hartung the players called into the team.

The Bulldogs have selected Toby McLean as their replacement for Lin Jong, who suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in last week’s match against West Coast.
