After an incredibly eventful weekend in Rugby – both at the World Cup and for the Wallabies – we’ve got a monster episode of The Roar’s Game of Codes podcast for you today.

Episode 54 is an absolute rugby-fest, as we dissect all four World Cup quarter-finals before turning our attention to departing coach Michael Cheika’s legacy and the future for the Wallabies.

Finally, we finish up in cricket, taking a look at the Sheffield Shield and who’s knocking on the door of Test selection.

It has to be rugby first, with Roar rugby experts Brett McKay and Geoff Parkes both joining us on the line.

Geoff dissects all the World Cup quarter-finals with us, paying special attention to Australia’s devastating loss to England.

Brett then jumps on to discuss the fallout from Cheika’s resignation, before looking forward and asking what the next coach needs to address first.

Finally, it’s cricket time with Roar expert Glenn Mitchell. Who’s shining in the Sheffield Shield and who’s sinking? Who’s firming as an inclusion for the Test XI come summer?

You can listen to the entire episode in the player above, and be sure head to subscribe and review on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts or wherever else you get your podcasts.
