The South Sydney Rabbitohs are looking at 7 wins on the hop this afternoon, while their opponents the New Zealand Warriors are trying desperately to keep their finals hopes alive. Join The Roar for live scores and commentary of this crunch clash from 3pm (AEST).

These two clubs have met a total of 34 times, and share an even split of wins with 17 apiece. However, Souths have won the past three and would like to keep that pattern going today.

Last weekend, the Bunnies survived a bizarre half-time brawl, and proved too strong during the actual game to take the win against the Bulldogs.

Wayne Bennett welcomes back Latrell Mitchell from his rest after Origin, as well as Jai Arrow after his time away getting private dance lessons. Campbell Graham has been named in the centres, but he still needs to pass a concussion test to be able to play.

Jaxson Paulo and Josh Mansour have also been called back into the starting 13, with Taane Milne getting moved to the bench and Alex Johnston ruled out with a hamstring injury.

Despite displaying a ton of effort, a first-half full of injuries and a one man bench was too much for the Warriors to overcome, who went down to the Panthers.

Nathan Brown will be happy to have Kodi Nikorima back after injury, but will miss captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, who was ruled out after suffering a bad concussion last week.

Adam Pompey and Jazz Tevaga have been called in for the injured Rocco Berry and Wayde Egan respectively, while Bunty Afoa and Taniela Otukolo join the bench.

Prediction:
As much as I would love to see the Warriors get the win today, and have their season pick up to send the legendary RTS out a winner in his last season in the NRL, I don’t think this will happen.

The Bunnies just keep going from strength to strength and I think they will be too good again today.

What do you think, Roarers? Will the Rabbitohs continue their strong run towards the finals, or will the Warriors cause an upset this afternoon?

Join The Roar this afternoon at 3pm for live score updates and debate in our blog.
