NSW Waratahs centre Rob Horne has been named on the bench for the Wallabies in Saturday’s Tri-Nations rugby decider against New Zealand in Brisbane.
Horne will wear the No.22 jersey after being rested in the second half of the Australian Barbarians’ 38-14 win over Canada on Friday night.
Horne, who celebrated his 22nd birthday 11 days ago, most recently appeared for Australia against New Zealand at Melbourne during last year’s Tri Nations Series.
Coach Robbie Deans delayed confirming his bench until after the Barbarians game.
