How can you say its worde unless you know something we don’t? There is a presumption of innocence in de bellins favour. That said, what is wrong with some of these nrl players? They all have mothers, sisters and daughters uet some of them just don’t know how to respect women. The game is in crisis (yet again). For every kaylyn ponga there seems to be 10 or 20 absolute animals. Maybe its time for greennerg to stop talking and start acting. No second chances from here please.

David, the Broncos will not have to pay out bennet’s contract for next year. They terminated the contract due to breach of contract by bennett. Also, even if termination is unlawful, bennet will suffer little or no loss due to payment from souths. Please hone up on contract law before you state a legal conclusion.

Isaac, here is the answer:
Make allianz 90,000;
Forget anz, its in the middle of nowhere;
Use the 1.8 billion saved to spend an extra 300m to make allianz 90k and then allocate 500m to upgrade 3 or 4 suburban grounds to 25000 all seats;
And save the state 1 billion in the process
So simple, but todd and co cant see the wood for the trees.

Good piece. Inglis should have offered to forego the captaincy from the outset and then done his interview taking full responsibility for his actions. Notwithstaning the quote from Mal, i give credit to him for holding his team to better off field standards, even if he is really just a figuregead and Michael Hagan is the actual coach.
GI is hardly the most articulate bloke, which to me indicates he isnt suited to that role in any event. Cordner seems decent enough, though he is not a good public speaker either.

Yep horrible incident, shows the weakness of his moral character. Im not sure why what seems like a lot of players decide to go out and get blind drunk. Not behaviour CC would ever engage in. Two completwly different people, one of whom is a complete professional and a gentleman.

Thats true, he is. And all credit to him. But they had sonny bill that year and without him i really doubt they would have done it. No doubt pearce is a very good player but CC is a great one and the roosters decided that they needed great not good to win the title. All redit to them, tbough I’d have preferred a diffrrent result last Sunday.

Fair comment, but lets wait until the facts are known. Of course, why do these guys prefer going out on tbe booze with a bunch of blokes than spending time at home with thier partners? Thats a pretty poor choice to start with so its not susprising they make other poor choices as they drink themselves stupid. NRL and clubs need to educate these guys on how to live a good life and respect other people. These players perpetuate league as the bogan game in the eyes of many.
