If Richie and Will are left at home for the Pretoria game I would find it hard to believe jones wouldn’t take Philip but who knows. Also rough for Wilkin and mcreight but you can’t take all the 7s and we gotta see what Hooper can do. He usually goes up 3 gears for the wallabies. Excited for Kemeny if true

'I couldn't sleep': Wallabies predicted squad for TRC as Eddie sweats on Kerevi, bolter for 7 jersey emerges

I personally have always seen Korobetie and Kellaway as our strongest and realiable wing pairing. The issue there is you are relying on Wright playing FB unless you slot Hodge back there. For Pretoria I’d go marika and Kellaway wing and Wright fb but if wright struggles then Kellaway to fb and give mark another go on wing. My Bolter would actually be Lachie Anderson, good finisher strong runner and tackler and can jackal but I know it won’t happen at this stage

'Bullet train Koroibete' and a 'true conundrum': How Eddie must find the 'angel' in heaven for World Cup glory

How is porecki our first choice hooker? Porecki Holloway and hannigan couldn’t land a line out all night

'It's disappointing': Waratahs smashed by Barrett's Blues as missed chances, poor discipline kills off season

How does every Australian team just crumble under pressure? Either very poor coaching or players mentally fragile. So many dumb mistakes last night. I’m especially sick of refs saying tackler release or hands of the ball and the Australian players not letting go because they think they’re right. When has that ever changed the refs outcome?

'Grieving process': The heartbreaking moment a Waratahs legend realised his time was up

Foketi is the backup for me abs then maybe Hamish Stewart. Foketi has looked the best in gold behind Kerevi and hunter has really regressed for mine and the amount of times he rushes up for a big hit and the opposition takes advantage of the hole is too many Times to count.

Australia has the world's best player in the 'death wish' position - but what happens if his hamstring pings?

What a weekend to forget for Aussie rugby. Everyone but the brumbies getting pantsed

'Embarrassed': Hooper's farewell falls flat as horrific Tahs smashed in momentum-killer ahead of quarter

Another year goes by and the only thing stopping rebels from coming last is Moana. Nice

Brumbies' back three go big to book home quarterfinal and end Rebels' season

I think gibbon and Talakai have been really good this year and doing the non flashy grunt work like slipper and AAA. Still a massive hit if we lose AAA for a long period . I’ve been a big fan of Pone but he just hasn’t taken things to the next level and probably shown why he has been on the bench for the rebels the whole season unfortunately

Eddie's plan to end Pretoria hoodoo takes hit as Alaalatoa injury adds to Wallabies' prop woes

While I do agree games are won in the tight 5. I swear there’s been at least 3 wallabies games in the last few years where it felt like Koroibete has single handedly won us games and Carried the team

Wallabies Giteau Law power rankings: The FIVE overseas stars needed to win the World Cup

You know what fans love more than fast and fearless rugby? Winning

Five things we learned: Brumbies bottle top two hopes, Eddie's must-pick for Wallabies

With highlanders and force winning this week and drua having home games there’s zero chance rebels make finals now

'No excuses': Force snap 14-match, 10-year losing streak against Brumbies in hammer blow to top two hopes

If vunivalu is picked by Eddie I will have lost all faith in him. I don’t think there’s one honest person in Australia who thinks Suli should be anywhere near a gold jersey

'Put it all out there': Reds' finals hopes hanging by a thread as Barrett injured in Blues win

No Carter Gordon for the rebels and a must win match for them, not good news.hopefully Hodgey can pull off a performance of the year. Awesome to see Matty Phillip back but still no Leota

COMPLETE SRP Rd 13 teams: Reds young gun misses debut over discipline issue, Philip back for Rebels

Everyone talking about the need for Quade and Kerevi waning but even Dan McKellar said recently without Quade and Kerevi wallabies don’t have a dominant showing at the WC

'Good sign': Quade's back for real as Wallabies star guides Japanese side to win, clocks speed record

Anderson is such a powerhouse at wing, big body, smart running and his defence and rucking has been great. As much as vunivalu improved over the weekend, there are just too many more complete wingers in Australia. Him and Carter work great together

Five things we learned: The day Australia's playmakers arrived in thrilling RWC audition for Eddie

Tough pill to swallow isn’t it for a rebels fan? A team which looks like they’re playing with a plan and attacking rugby scoring tries which they never use to be able to do, some of the most enjoyable rugby to watch but just like most Australian teams can’t go the full 80 and crumble, effectively putting them at the bottom of the table ahead of Moana, despite beating Waratahs and reds. Really thought the World Cup year would encourage the super sides to excel but we are just as poor as the last two years besides the brumbies

The Wrap: Two egotists swinging their appendages in public isn't a ‘code war’ - but it is tiresome and demeaning

Great game of rugby to watch but unfortunately the score line will humble the rebels such a poor ending. Rebels bench always disappointing despite the talent and defence has been really poor this year

Mo'unga masterclass seals epic comeback win as Rebels let another slip despite Gordon show

Correct, once one or two players are gone it’s game over and waste of a match

The Wrap: Where have all the Super Rugby upsets gone?

On one hand I’m thinking no team would prevail when their lock prop and two hookers get injured then they get dropped to 13 players. On the other hand I’m thinking Australian rugby is in very dire circumstances and seeing the kiwis talk about what benefit is Australia to them in super rugby and I have to agree, we are so below the pace it’s hard to fathom how our super teams can be so lacking. I think any thought of success at the World Cup is a forgone conclusion. What’s going on? Are our coaches seriously lacking or are the players just super below standard?

The Wrap: Where have all the Super Rugby upsets gone?

I don’t think anyone thinks donaldson should be ahead of lolesio, I definitely would not put any money on wallabies with Ben. However, lolesio really hasn’t shown much but a few glimpses at test level and becomes anonymous with the brumbies during a lot of the games I see. But yea him behind donaldson is a joke

'Gutted': Thorn's Reds fall at home again as brilliant Brumbies march on by ending Brisbane hoodoo

Just beating a dead horse but Holloway, donaldson and hannigan not upto test level, dunno how gibbon isn’t in there but Pone is (I’m a big fan of Pone) when he is playing 20 off the bench all season. Again I use to be a big uelesse fan but how is he in front of Alex mafi and he is still a penalty magnet. Congrats on Carter and Ryan truly deserving of a spot and brad Wilkin. I don’t even know how to read into vunivalu seriously?

Wallabies squad confirmed: Eddie Jones shocks with big name omissions from first training camp

So good to see the rebels win. Playing some enjoyable rugby to watch. King Carter having a great season, every game is good and clearly stepping up above every other 10 in aus and looking like he is playing what’s in front of him. Also havnt seen a 10 who’s that keen to tackle since Johnny Wilkinson. Stoked for Ekuasi, Angelo and maiava (scrubbed from Wilkin strip) get over the line in their 1st or second game. Lastly I was worried about Illi moving back to 13 after being so good at 12 but that new guy really stood up. Still think our second row has been found out without Phillip and Canam and now Hosea getting a head knock

'They've got that wrong': Reds denied in wildly controversial finish as Rebels hold on in epic comeback win

Rebels their own worst enemy today. Missed kicks, clumsy Ruck defence, constant knock ons, scrum and line out penalties when we are attacking in the 22. Seriously how many knock ons were there lol

'Significant': Hodge's injury adds to Rebels' pain as Gordon, Wilkin shine again

Reds defence looking very porous and passive compared to other teams. Good to see daugunu get a few good runs at the end but for me he is a player who has really dropped off. Reds forward pack struggling

ANALYSIS: Unbeaten Brumbies hang on against Reds as O'Connor sends timely reminder to Wallabies

So stoked to see the rebels win a game. I’ve been swinging off Carter Gordon since he came into the side but just lacked some confident the last year. He’s passing game and distance like Quade seems to give the rebels attack a massive advantage out of the gate. Edmed got completely showed up.

I’ve been critical of Illi in past years but man did he show up today what a game from him. Gibbon, cabous, Pone Canam some really good defence Wilkin Kennedy etc. God I think we stuffed up letting Hardwick go to Namibia but good for him. Also nothing flashy but last week Pincus and this week Jooste playing very well at fullback. Finally good to see hodge have a good game and Lachie Anderson coming back from injury strong. What a feeling

'Shake up this comp': Fearless Rebels punish 'loose' Waratahs in huge upset as Hardwick, Gordon shine
