The Rebels get their licence back and proceed with new funding, new model etc.
It either works or it doesn’t. If it works then that’s a bonus for Australian rugby. If it doesn’t then we’re in much the same position as we are now.
What’s RA got to lose? What extra risks are they exposed to? Are they being asked to underwright the Rebels going forward?
