All these wholesale changes based on the last few day’s form worries me. Surely, you have to pick and stick. I can’t see how the poor buggers being thrown in to the lion’s den are going to feel part of a well-functioning team. They’re going to have way too much pressure on their inexperienced shoulders. It’s a disaster waiting to happen and the Saffers will be licking their lips. Warner, Ussie and Smith are fine and that’s half your batsmen. Put some faith in the others by promising them an extended run and not an ultimatum to perform or get out. You selected those guys based on merit and I think you should show them some faith in their abilities and stick with them. Otherwise, you’ll be making drastic changes to the team every test!
