Solution: Split the competition in half when season proper is done. Top 8 carry on as usual and bottom 8 play for something else. I think it’s totally silly for any team that finished in the 8 to take part in a wild card game. Why should they have to fight to be somewhere they normally and rightfully would already be?

yeah give me time when a decision Gallen made had serious ramifications for a club in terms of player retention and recruitment. They bent over backwards for Val and he just walks off – so I think you’ve got this the other way around

yeah I think he played a lot of PS4 (the NFL games have playbooks you can look at too) on his holiday there more so than actually ‘view’ a couple of NFL franchises. Val, mate, you’re taking an unnecessary risk at a time when you’re at the top of the RL world that will change your present way of life, which by the way is the ruby league dream any player aspires and wishes to be living. Well, the cap will prevent the Dragons from having both players on the roster; one will need to miss out. Yeah I think based on past experience, the signing is a huge risk and the only sensible thing to do is walk away… but just imagine if Hayne did get it together this season? I think that possibility has the Dragons in dreamland and that’s why it’s looking like he’ll be signed. Gee, I hope we get this right! If we don’t – Mary will have something in common with Henry

yeah I did mention that Cherry Evans’ inclusion in the team was a joke and Hunt and Gagai selections were questionable. Meninga needs to pick guys who actually deserve to be there. Dale Finucane and Josh Addo-Carr I thought were automatic selections. That’s why Gagai couldn’t burn them in that play in the dying seconds, he’s just not quick enough. This will give the Tongans some added confidence and Australia could walk away from this tour without a win..

Turbo started out as a winger, he knows how to play that position as good as any winger out there. And was rightly selected in the NSW team, they probably walked away with the series because he was there. But I’m not sure about playing him at centre though. He’s a champion player and will do well

Gee, it’s amazing how Slater doesn’t appear anywhere in there. Can score tries from knock-ons, dive like an Olympian, win medals head and shoulders above everyone else even though he played less games than others and in the losing team, convince judiciary he didn’t perform a dead set shoulder charge. You can put that in this category – ABOVE THE GAME GRUB – automatic winner!

Boyd is doing a Thurston right now, playing one too many. Nikorima is a hooker that comes from the bench and Milf, well pluck a duck – hot and cold at best! And Seibold, I mean he has one great year in a superstar studded team and everyone’s moving tectonic plates for his signature but now – he’s getting found out terribly. There’s no gel, the players are a flock of sheep wandering around aimlessly in the pastures, a lot people a pinning it on leadership and I agree. Difficult times ahead for the Bronxnation
