You want to hear whining? Just wait until the Springboks lose a big tight game in controversial circumstances 😛

Rugby News: World Rugby warns Kiwis' over 'robbery' whine, Barnes hits back at ABs, damning report into 'toxic' culture

How about we start by being competitive in both games and not being thrashed. That would be a step up from the status quo

'Talent to beat the All Blacks': Ex-Wallabies coach's bold call following 'hash of a year'

I’d say the Wallabies are in the same boat but without the established systems in place which NZ rugby has. Also we don’t have a coach right now, ABs have a coach who knows how to win

Predicted Wallabies team in 2024: Eddie's outcasts back as halves, back-row battles heat up

True but they have Razor who is a proven consistent winner

Eddie Jones is the Donald Trump of rugby. He can’t stand not being the centre of attention for a second, even after he loses badly and is out of the action. He will continue to give press conferences and media interviews saying the most outrageous crud knowing it will get reactions and keep him the talking point. I have been guilty of taking the clickbait and piling on. No more for me. Best thing to do with people like this is ignore and don’t give oxygen. As far as I’m concerned, he’s taken enough of that for 2023. I wish him all the best, What I would love to hear on the Roar is some positive stories, who are the bright shining lights from the U16s and U19s that have been happening, for example? What do the experts think is the best strategy to keep our young rising stars in rugby and prevent them going to league? What is the best structure and strategy to keep the super rugby franchises healthy and aligned with the national team? Even if it takes many years, there is surely much to be hopeful for and a lot that can be put into action

Let’s hope Michael Hooper and Len Ikitau have absolute blinders

'Load of rubbish': Eddie tees off on 'red herring' excuse for Wallabies' RWC flop, rejects Hoops issue, Lions link

Thanks for your professional integrity Eddie, walking away – we wouldn’t want your high professional standard to be compromised by continuing to coach the Wallabies – such a loss though!

The Lions must be devastated that you are officially out of the running to coach them in 2025 and Wallabies must be breathing a massive sigh of relief.

I guess there are always some but I find they are in the minority, possibly because they know its just a matter of time before the All Blacks are well and truly back on top.

Eddie “I’m committed to coaching the Wallabies” Jones, do us a favour, never return

Eddie Jones quits as Wallabies coach - 'Sometimes you have to eat s--t for others to eat caviar'

I think this seems to be the problem, once a penalty kick is taken, it can’t be reversed. A converted try can be now though. Definitely a contradiction and not right and World Rugby will probably change this down the track.

'So many s--t emotions:' Distraught Cane says he'll have to live with red card pain 'forever', Foz questions Kolisi escape

True, there were a lot of those.

Missed kicks contributed, for sure, its 5 points mate. You never really know because you can’t go back in time and re do the game after the fact. But missing 5 points is a lot in a 1 point game. And yeah there was poor reffing, the mistake made by Barnes where he apologised to Ardie and gave SA 3 points is just one example. All academic now, unfortunately for the ABs.

Referring to this game, yet. And I’m a long term wallaby supporter who hates losing to the ABs 😊

Haven’t seen an ungracious kiwis

This match was not well refereed. ABs did well to hang in and unfortunately the 2 missed kicks at goal made the difference in the end. Congrats SA.

The comparison is extremely poor and this article is having a another dig at Dave Rennie, getting hard to take anything this author writes seriously. All Blacks were favourites for the tournament in 2007 if I remember and number 1 in the world. Eddie Jones wallabies had won zero leading into the tournament. All Blacks thrashed Scotland 40-0 in the pool stage. Wallabies were thrashed 40-6 by Wales in this pool stage. We will never know but Dave Rennie’s wallabies would have at least made the QFs and possibly the SF. Everything went wrong for the All Blacks when France beat them in 2007. The had to wear the infamous grey jerseys, the haka got turned back on them when France confronted them in their faces, Carter and Kelleher got injured early in 2nd half and a french forward pass was missed in the lead up to the winning try.

Wallabies are where the All Blacks were in 2007 - it's time to look in the mirror or risk more embarrassment

Especially in winter

There are never any winners when there is even a vague suggestion of racism anywhere. Look at the worldwide furore this has created. People take sides and declare the innocence of one party without evidence to back it up. Perhaps it could have been dealt with privately and if there was a misunderstanding, it could have been cleared up. And if something was said with clear intent, an apology could have been given and the matter put to rest. There has obviously been bad blood between these 2 going back before the semi final.

England react with fury as Bok cleared by World Rugby after TWO racism allegations made by Tom Curry

I’d say Tim Horan would not say something of this magnitude lightly.

Experience and runs on the board is a must for the head coach. Please tell me your’e not suggesting a ‘youth only policy’ for the Wallaby head coaching job.

Hey Harry, again, can you post a link or share the footage you saw? If it is BS, let’s all be on the same page. From an article Tony Harper wrote today, it seems that World Rugby may be looking at different footage than most people have assumed. C’mon, let’s have it mate!

England's Curry accused Bongi Mbonambi of vile racial insult - but Boks fans have alternative explanation

100% this. I’m a wallaby fan and we have nobody to blame but ourselves for not recognising, nurturing and incentivising talent to stay and become Wallaby

Can you post a link for this?

I’m not sure sure who is assuming he did. I hear a lot of people assuming he didn’t. And saying it is ‘very far fetched’ is also an assumption. Things do get said in heat of the moment, even by good blokes. How well do you personally know Bongi? World Rugby are investigating so they will have the final say. My personal view is it’s most likely nothing will eventuate from their investigation and he plays in the final. That would be the best outcome.

Joe Marler has nothing to do with this so why bring him into it 😂
