I’m still seeing from many teams the same overrated players getting a run. Many of these players don’t have the technical skill to fit the jersey. Don’t compare European leagues and rustiness to this league. Standard will always improve but after eight seasons has it improved enough. I have no problems beings proud about a league that has an identity. Imagine if the league didn’t sign Del Piero. Would it have been wasted again on another Nicky Carle. Why Bring up Villa? They don’t play beautiful football and I always criticise decisions made. Your just another fan who would run this league under the ground. Your a yes man.

Listen I hope your right. I just think after eight seasons, the style should have grown a little more. People still believe bar Brisbane Roar most teams just play ping pong.

We are talking about young coaches. Its easy to appoint an experienced coach but appointing a young Australian coach should be applauded.

What the hell are you talking about. Have a look at my previous articles? I hardly go on forums you muppet. You don’t get it do you. Why can Ange and JVS get teams to play neat football and others play horrible stuff. Why are their so many turnovers and basic passes going astray in this league. Why do clubs spend millions of dollars recruiting players like Ahmed Elrich and Nicky Carle. We have had seven years to build a product worth selling to commercial networks. We need money from these networks. And we have clowns like you continually protecting this league. We need to be ruthless for this league to be sustained. Bringing up the fact I support Aston Villa is a joke. Your obviously a joke of a person.

No but if you want this league to survive we need to improve it. It needs an identity. You just don’t see that. It’s sad but when the day comes you like many other people will wonder what went wrong.

Ange prefers youth to veterans. It’s plain and simple.

Why do I bother? You obviously don’t read anything I write. Your another fan that wants to believe this league is great when its not. I continue to tell you it has been eight seasons and the style displayed by most teams isn’t satisfactory. I won’t even take into consideration your analysis of the championship. It’s obvious you don’t watch it. We need to develop more young players in this league. Their are too many players that are not to this standard. Why you can’t understand this is beyond me. Your another fan that wants to believe it’s improving. Two coaches have played neat football, Ange and JVS. This is what we need to promote. How can you say Central Coast try and play. Are you deluded? They have been trying for 2 seasons under Graham Arnold and even Ange knows all they do is press hard and play physical. Learn to understand that finding mistakes helps improve something. Newcastle try and play?
Wellington have hardly ever tried and played. Adelaide under Rini Coolen were awful. Should I go on.

Brilliant. Listen I must not be the only one who thinks Jedinak is as bad as you say. He has been playing consistently in the championship the last year and a half. Read some of my feedback and you will find what I think is positive about this league. I only just previously said a good thing about this league. You saying the teams are trying to play football is too funny when they don’t even know how to keep the ball. This comp might be a week old but its in it’s eighth season. How do you expect us to get a good tv deal if what is being dished up is awful. I’m sure selling some rights to SBS will be financially healthy….

We should aspire to be? I never said that? I mentioned hoof ball and Newcastle Jets. Their is a connection there. I love watching this league for the young players like Eli Balbaj, Curtis Good, Mile Jedinak and etc. That’s the reason I watch. Brisbane Roar did help but most of the games involve football played in the air.

Allsopp and Peter Franjic should also be on that list. Eventually you will see Isaka Cernak employed in the team. That’s exciting to think about considering Postecoglou’s coaching talents.

Do you reckon Heskey is worth 700k just like Nicky Carle and Ahmed Elrich were worth 1m each. It’s just poor decision making. Who agreed to pay these players so much? How is Nicky Carle a marquee player. Del Piero and Kewell are but seriously. Just look at the Olyroos, can someone tell me how Eli Balbaj never got picked. Who is making these terrible decisions.

Why do you keep bringing up relegation. That doesn’t matter, the fear of losing will make coaches play negative, not this relegation stuff. I want to play a technical game. I’m one of its biggest supporters but their are too many players in this league that cant. We have been patient for eight seasons. We have seen only a few teams try and play football. Why do you keep bringing Stoke up. They are not scared, its the way the coach wants them to play. Do you really believe Central Coast and Sydney FC play good football? It’s a repetitive question. We have tried to increase the quality by bringing back former socceroos but they eventually realise its a bad mistake considering they are playing with rubbish players. One player does not build a team. I pray Sydney FC dont make Del Piero look bad. It’s all about providing a platform for young players to show their skills and go overseas. That helps the national team and gives the league an identity. What identity does it currently have?

You can’t play a technical game if the players don’t have the technical skill. Why do we give these players a chance if they can’t keep possession of a ball. Their are players in Australia that are much better than some of the garbage in this league that never get a chance. Ange and JVS tried to to do this and brought the right personel to achieve it but seriously some of the other teams just don’t try. Graham Arnold’s style of football is ugly at best. Newcastle seem to now play lump ball up to Heskey. Too many average players in this league. People just don’t like the truth.

I’m not angry. Everybody has their opinion. To say stoke would get smashed is not true. That’s what fired me up. I don’t think A-league teams are trying to play. They still struggle with the fundamental technical skills. The A-League is a developmental league. No doubt about it. That’s what good about football everybody has their own style. I just don’t think what we dish up in the A-League will keep the momentum up.

Well that;s your opinion. I love the Bundesliga but it is too open compared to the other leagues. Defense is not a priority. Different strokes for different folks.

I just know out of the two who i prefer defensively. Marcelo and David Luiz must be brothers. They loving playing as attacking midfielders its not funny.

Yeah but how much has it improved after eight seasons. Surely you can see their are too many players that shouldn’t be playing in this league. I can see you loved all the games except the Newcastle Jets game. I can see where we differ.
