Ronda Rousey will take to the ring at Etihad Stadium on Sunday in front of 70,000 fight fans for UFC 193.
At the event’s open training session on Thursday, Rousey fronted the media, where she was asked what makes the sport so popular around the world.
“Fighting is something human, it’s not something wrong,” Rousey responded.
“It’s inside of all of us. It’s not for old or young or men or women.
“Every single one of us has the instinct to fight and I think to suppress that is unsafe.”
