Head and shoulders above: Why Trav is the key to Australia's T20 World Cup success
In just under three weeks, the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup will commence in Texas as the United States face off against Canada in…
With a positive T20 series in the books, Australia will look ahead to their ODI series against India away from home with one eye on preparing for the Cricket World Cup. This is The Roar’s guide to streaming every game of the series online, or watching them on TV.
The first match of the series is set to be played in Hyderabad on Saturday, March 2, with the first ball scheduled to be bowled at 7pm (AEDT).
Each match in the series will then begin at the same time on Tuesday, March 5, Friday, March 8, Sunday, March 10, and Wednesday, March 13, with the series wrapping up during the early hours of March 14.
Australia have just ten ODI matches left before the Cricket World Cup gets underway later this year in England, with another series to follow later this month in the United Arab Emirates against Pakistan, so every match left will serve as crucial preparation time.
The only way to watch this series on TV will be to tune into the coverage on Fox Sports, who hold the exclusive rights to most Australian overseas tours.
Coverage of all five matches will begin half an hour before the first ball, with Fox then set to take the BCCI feed of the action.
To watch the broadcasts on Fox Sports, you will need to ensure you have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, which is complete with the sports package of channels.
To stream the series online, you will need to ensure you have access to the Fox Sports coverage, and there are three separate ways to do this, depending on your circumstances.
If you already have a valid TV subscription to Foxtel with the sports package, then you’ll want to tune in through the Foxtel App, which is free to use with valid login details.
Otherwise, you’ll want to consider signing up for Kayo Sports, which costs $25 per month and covers all Foxtel sports channels, as well as other selected events.
The third option is to use Foxtel Now, where, again, you’ll need to have the sports package of channels to gain access.
Be sure to tune into The Roar’s live coverage of the series, as we provide scores, blogs and highlights of all five matches.
