The Wallabies are undefeated so far in the 2015 Rugby World Cup and will head into this match as the favourites, however they will face an Argentinian side that is high on confidence.

The Wallabies recorded four wins in the pools stage to finish on top of Pool A, but their performance in the quarter-final against Scotland was less than satisfactory.

Ultimately it was only a controversial penalty than enabled them to take the win late, and they will be counting their blessings that they avoided an early knock-out.

Argentina on the other hand fought hard last week to earn their spot in the semi-finals after starting on the back foot as runners-up in Pool C.

Los Pumas were the only team to make the semi-finals without have topped their own pool, producing an upset win over Ireland in their quarter-final match last week.

They’ll now believe they can do anything, and will look to exploit any lack of confidence the Wallabies might be suffering from after their near-loss to the Scots.

The winner of the match will face the All Blacks in the final after they recorded a 20-18 win over South Africa in the first semi-final.

Australia go in as the favourites with the betting companies, priced at $1.38 to win, while Argentina are out to $3.1.
