Today in the Chipping Norton Stakes, Winx will race for what would be a record 31 consecutive victories. You want to watch the race – but how? Whether you’re watching on TV or live streaming, we’ve got all the info you need right here.

TV Guide

To watch Winx on TV, the best bet will be to use Channel 7. Despite losing coverage of the Melbourne Cup, they still broadcast the bulk of free to air racing in Australia.

You’ll also be able to use Sky Racing to watch the action (and other races around the country without major pauses between them, as will be the case on Seven), however, for this, you will need Foxtel with a sports package.

Live stream

The first way is to go through the official broadcaster, Seven. The race will be live streamed on 7Plus, their official online streaming service.

Several betting websites such as Sportsbet, BetEasy or Ladbrokes offer live streams of racing, however, you need to have made an account with the website and may need to have funds deposited in order to access it.

Each website will differ in their rules and regulations for how to stream the race, so you should check with them before making a decision.

The Roar can’t confirm which betting companies are streaming the race though, so you should check in advance before making plans.

You can also register with Racing.com to get access to a stream of the action.

Bruce McAvaney
“She’s a once in a lifetime horse, she’s a once in a two centuries of Australian racing horse, I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Chris Waller
“It’s quite unbelievable, it’s racing of years gone by, we got a glimpse of it with Black Caviar of course, your Makybe Diva’s and now Winx following on from that, it’s indescribable for any sport and for racing and it’s exactly what we need.”

Hugh Bowman
“She could (lead) but she never has before.

“We did sit outside the leader in a Warwick Stakes once but I’ll just ride her where she is comfortable… if they go too slow, they are going to have an awfully hard job of outsprinting her.”
