I have tipped you. Maybe that’s a mozz.

With or without Weitering, the Saints need to splurge to stay relevant. Here's who they should chase

How about tonight Macca, can you do it?

But not with actual umps.

Footy Fix: If there's such a thing as a meaningless 64-point win over a top-two team... the Suns just found it

You have carried on like a pork chop over a single loss. If your side was good enough then it is no big deal. Now calling me bitter, How Bizarre. How Bizarre.

You agree Chan?

Unlike the purple people, Cats didn’t make excuses. Bad umpiring. Bad bounce, it happens. Learn and move on.

More importantly, the 360 spin and no free needs to be fixed. I think Scott talking will do this.

There are only two coaches that maybe not hate losing. Lyon and his replacement.

What does that mean Chanon? Why did Geelong lose? Are you saying he is making an excuse? How does tactician fit in?

Tough draw? The play Norf, West Coast, Richmond, saints, Adelaide, Brisbane and Gold Coast twice. Missed Freemantle at Marvel. I can’t see how they miss out even if they lose to all the top 8 sides.

Footy Fix: Essendon have arrived... and it's time we all started getting absolutely terrified

Dogs Lions Crows and North were not in the 8 when you beat them. I did a generous look at you w/l for the rest of the season and got 7 out of 14. Not enough. Certainly if they stepped up, they could.

Six Points: AFL must act on Cameron concussion farce, 2024's best game, and the end of days arrives in Victoria

I was about to say Cats no chance but then I realised they play after the bye. Lock it in.

Don, Freo has not beaten one side that is above them on the ladder. They are sitting on 9th and west Coast thrashed them. Tim is being reasonable.

Roger, I read this a few times and I just couldn’t agree.
Your comment about due is sort of right. The Cats thought they had it in the bag before the game started. The first quarter route was the result.
With the 666 rule, every side is vulnerable to a run. Sometimes it is just luck as in crooked bounces or free kicks.
You talk about Carlton’s talls in the same breath as Geelong. They are completely different sides.the Cats don’t really use their talls. They rebound and usually hit a fast runner or small forward (same thing?). Tommy really is useful only when the ball comes in slow which is not the preferred way.
I think you are a Sydney man. Your team just moves it forward at all cost. Very effective at disrupting the Giants. It will be an interesting game against the Cats. Coaches boxes might be the difference.
The only evidence we have is each teams performance up to now. I really can’t see any side moving that much. Maybe Carlton with its injuries.

Footy Fix: Port just played the best quarter of the year - and it was so good, they hardly showed up for the other three

Yes the stopped clock and even Don achieve an occasional prediction.
But in this case it is merely wishful thinking. The Cats have youth injection and run. They have a potent forward line and a tight backline. Nobody will be comfortable facing the Cats in September.

You said that in 2022.

Two losses by a goal, I will
Take that slump.

The 5 zip frees in the opening burst didn’t hurt either.

He is their only decent forward at the moment.

Footy Fix: The Dees have a massive Christian Petracca problem - there's only one of him

I think you will match up well against Sydney.

Nope, didn’t let yokels near AFL house in those days.

The 666 rule fixed you up more. That is good. Stop flooding at least some of the game.

Sydney’s bash and crash forward will break them. I’ll be rooting for Freo though.

It had my signature.

There was a little controversy with the Hawthorn backline slotting points through the Geelong points with their backman from the half back flank. The Cat’s lost only one game all season to the 8th place Collingwood (the usual home ground advantage and umpiring 😂 ) We belted most teams. Hawthorn lost five.

Some of the runner up to Eagles and Hawthorn premiership boys were good but you are probably right.

I was watching the Tigers mostly at the same time as you. I saw much more of them than the Cats. I did write my first article on your boys. Alot of Tigers readers thought I was taking the pi–s.

Yes thanks for that reminder of that ignominy.
