After the NFL lockout was lifted the free agency began, here is a recap of all the big deals in the crazy period.

– Sidney Rice has agreed to a deal from the Seattle Seahawks, reportedly worth $41 million over five years.

– Santonio Holmes will stay with the New York Jets after agreeing to a five-year contract worth just under $10 million a season. This is great news for Jets fans, but won’t come as a surprise after the Jets made it clear that resigning Holmes was a main priority.

– Matt Hasselbeck has left the Seahawks and agreed to a three-year, $21 million contract with the Tennessee Titans. The 49ers, Vikings and Dolphins were also interested in his services.

– Donovan McNabb has joined the Minnesota Vikings after leaving the Redskins. Washington will receive a sixth-round draft pick in 2012 and a conditional sixth-rounder in 2013 in return for the veteran quarterback.

– The New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms of a trade that will send former Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush to Miami. Bush agreed to a two-year $10 million dollar dear. The Saints will receive safety Jonathon Amaya and also involves an exchange of undisclosed draft picks.

He posted this message on his Twitter after the deal went down: “To the city of New Orleans you will always have a place in my heart… I love you guys you are my family & I will never forget our good times.”

He also said: “I wish the New Orleans Saints the best of luck I will always be a fan! The team, coaches, and fans will be deeply missed!”

– The Philadelphia Eagles have traded Kevin Kolb to the Arizona Cardinals for cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and a second-round pick in 2012.

– Vince Young will now be backing up Michael Vick in Philadelphia just days after being released by the Titans; reports are saying the QB agreed to a one year deal.

– The New England Patriots have acquired wide receiver Chad Ochocinco after he accepted a restructured three-year contract from the Patriots. The Bengals will receive two draft picks, a 2012 fifth-rounder and a 2013 sixth-rounder.

– Defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth has also been traded to the New England Patriots for a 2013 fifth-round draft pick which the Washington Redskins will receive.

– Kicker Mason Crosby has agreed to terms on a five-year contract with the Green Bay Packers. He has made 78.1 percent of his kicks and missed only one career extra point.

– Reports are saying that former Packers running back Brandon Jackson has agreed to a $4.5 million deal over two years with the Cleveland Browns.

– Plaxico Burress expressed his interest in returning to the big apple and he will next season but not with the Giants. The New York Jets have signed Plaxico to a one year deal worth just over $3 million. It will be interesting to see the Jets offense with Sanchez throwing to Santonio Holmes and Plaxico.

– The best player in free agency Nnamdi Asomugha has agreed to a five-year, $60 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.
