Winx, in what is likely to be her final race, will look to take out a third straight Queen Elizabeth Stakes at the Randwick Racecourse. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the race online, as well as watching every moment on TV in Australia.

The race will get underway at 3:05pm (AEDT) on Saturday, April 13 at the Randwick Racecourse. It will be run over a distance of 2000 metres and feature, pending any late scratchings, nine horses.

Winx, widely regarded as Australia’s greatest ever horse, is expected to be retired after the race, and has the opportunity to go out with 33 wins in a row to her name if she wins here.

It would also be her third straight Queen Elizabeth Stakes win – a feat which hasn’t been achieved since the early 1920s.

How to watch the 2019 Queen Elizabeth Stakes on TV

If you’re looking to tune in to the 2019 Queen Elizabeth Stakes on TV, you will need to be watching the coverage provided by Channel 7, who are the official Australian broadcaster of most of the big races throughout the year, except the Melbourne Cup in November.

Their coverage will begin at midday at Randwick allowing the channel to take in the full day of racing, which includes other Group 1 races on Day 2 of The Championships like the Sydney Cup and Australian Oaks.

Channel 7 can be found on Channel 70 in high definition, or 71 in standard definition.

You’ll also be able to tune into the race through Sky Racing on Foxtel. To do this, you need to have a valid Foxtel TV subscription, complete with the sports package of channels.

How to live stream the 2019 Queen Elizabeth Stakes online

In Australia, there are a couple of ways to stream the race online.

The best way to stream the action is through 7Plus, which is the official streaming service of the Seven Network.

Otherwise, all New South Wales racing is also covered live by betting companies TAB and Bet Easy. You’ll need to have an account with funds deposited to stream the action from either of those sites though.

However, it’s worth noting for Foxtel viewers that Sky Racing isn’t available on any of Foxtel’s streaming applications, so you won’t be able to use those to watch Winx possibly go around for the final time in what has been a stunning career.
