Here are the fixtures for the 2022 T20 Cricket World Cup which will be hosted by reigning champions Australia after they clinched victory in 2021.
The tournament will run from Sunday, October 16 as the First Round starts and will finish with the final on Sunday, November 13.
The men’s World Cup will see 16 teams play across seven cities. The opening match of the Super 12s will see a repeat of the 2021 final as Australia take on New Zealand at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Sri Lanka and the Netherlands qualified for the Super 12s after finishing in the top two of their qualifying Group A, while Zimbabwe and Ireland did likewise from Group B.
This is the first T20 World Cup to not feature 2012 and 2016 champions the West Indies in the main tournament, after they were eliminated with qualifying losses to Scotland and Ireland.
