What legacy does John Tsatsimas leave at the Wanderers?
Couldn’t care less what you do. It’s your money. Didn’t say you had to go. I just said I’ll go no matter what
What legacy does John Tsatsimas leave at the Wanderers?
UPDATE: Tonight’s game moved to Wanderers Football Park at 81 Eastern Rd Rooty Hill. Family and friends allowed BUT no coverage on Paramount ????⚫️⚽️????
A-League Women’s: Should the Wanderers and Phoenix clash be played behind closed doors?
I believe in peaceful protests. And as long as they turn up and do it peacefully I’m happy with that
What legacy does John Tsatsimas leave at the Wanderers?
I don’t care what other fans do. I’ll support them through thick and thin.
If we were winning despite the board would you be there? Your comments say to me you’ll only be there if we win. That is your call.
Personally I’ll support my teams no matter what
What legacy does John Tsatsimas leave at the Wanderers?
If fans don’t turn up due to backroom staff that is up to them. I’m gonna be there through thick and thin supporting the club
What legacy does John Tsatsimas leave at the Wanderers?
It’s a balance isn’t it. We need to use the money from the silver lake equity deal to get marquees but we also need to develop local talent
A full-time A-League Women must be done correctly, or disaster looms
Fair enough. I don’t know about brisbane.
Where does the true cost of junior football lie?
JT was fantastic but we need fresh blood and new ideas. He did a lot for our club.
Remembering when the Wanderers came to town and took over
Wanderers are free with their NPL youth. Their female Wander Women program is also free. The clubs foundation sponsors it I think as well as income generated and of course money from owners
Where does the true cost of junior football lie?
No one will admit that of course haha but of course it happens. Senior NPL selections are based on that too, depending how much parents kick in for sponsorships and so on
Where does the true cost of junior football lie?
I was at the 2014 grand final and it was amazing
Remembering when the Wanderers came to town and took over
You actually think they arent worth much? You kidding me? FTA advertising is worth a mint.
$1.3M a year isnt minor. No matter how you look at it.
In-game commercials are the necessary evil the A-League can't live without
The revenue isn’t minor at all. The APL estimated it is around $25K per add, $50 K a game and $1.3M a season. That isn’t minor.
Let it fail? Serious? Tv revenue is a big chunk of our games revenue. Not supporting our commercial partners is poor.
Danny Townsend has come out and said they will find a better way to balance it out. Which is a good thing.
In-game commercials are the necessary evil the A-League can't live without
Yeah but the other team other than City can reset and compete. On another day, City may be on the back foot and thus they will benefit from the drinks break.
It won’t always be the same team suffering
In-game commercials are the necessary evil the A-League can't live without
You’ve nailed an important issue lol that is definitely a big problem. In other words it’s amateurish the selection process
It's time for an Olyroos version of the Matildas
Sorry to clarify, the articles doesn’t say all the $16m is coming off Saturday night games. Just a big chunk off it which makes sense.
In-game commercials are the necessary evil the A-League can't live without
Yep I think it all costs money which is the problem. The FA need to revamp Womens football. We can start with the youth.
We have not made the last seven Youth World cups in under 20s and never qualified for under 17 World Cup.
The future Matilda’s program we have is excellent but we need more.
We need to fix the pathways.
It's time for an Olyroos version of the Matildas
Yep I take your point
Stajcic 'asked to apply' for vacant Olyroos job: Is FA about to kiss and make up with ex-Matildas coach?
Canberra United is the only team subsidised directly by a member Federation in Capital football at the moment. All others are private though with brisbane Roar and others, who knows what the funding model will be like moving forward

Minimum wage would be $52K. The issue is most pay minimum now.
For a living wage yes it’s fine but for such a tough and cut throat career it’s not much. It means having to give up doing something else. Many players won’t want to do that and thus you lose the best which is the problem
A full-time A-League Women must be done correctly, or disaster looms
To be fair there weren’t a whole lot of options
