Yeah normally Golovkin walks around at his fighting weight. But he came in significantly bigger in the shoulders and arms and was very drained – sunken eyes and cheeks and also had abs. That’s the first time he’s ever done that.
My guess is he will be 180lbs tonight after rehydration.
Canelo looked very comfortable and in amazing shape. I don’t know what will happen but I know I cant wait to see it!

Round 3 ends and Diaz has a few red marks under his eyes already. I’ve no doubt the judges have him up on the cards but he will need to change his approach soon. Eating punches and throwing a random hook isn’t the best game plan.

I was open about how unimpressed I was with it after Lara withdrew but Diego De La Hoya, Oscar’s nephew is in a really dicey fight right now. He’s fighting someone who could definitely get the upset.
The arena is still empty but both fighters want this win.
Round 9 just started and De La Hoya has a black eye already showing. Caballero landed an accidental headbutt in the 8th which has made Diego hesitant to come forward.
